I am usually not a big fan of sushi but this was awesome. It was my first time going to a restaurant with a sushi train. Everything looked so delicious! They charge by the plate so you basically just grab whatever you like the look of off the train and eat it. They the bill gets totalled up at the end by the number and colour of plates you ate. I was actually surprised at the cost. It wasn't the cheapest around but it definitely wasn't expensive. I felt it was money well spent for the freshness and quality of the sushi. Plus I had so much fun! I ate alot tofu sushi and some karaage chicken. The chicken was to die for! Highly recommend that! And the tofu is a great alternative for those with dietary needs like vegetarian or vegan. There were also other options i noticed; avocado sushi, deep fried tofu and beans. The restaurant is also family friendly. Kids love the sushi train! I saw quite a number of kids and even a new born in the restaurant. The staff are very accommodating and gave fantastic service. They also had a bathroom which was very clean and free lemon water. If you are wanting to park really close, try find a spot on Allen Street. It seems like all the parking in the city is paid. But it only cost us $5 for an hour.

It wasn't quite pleasant for me as it was my first time I don't know the drinks were self-service while the hostess was quite frustrated on me. Food are so so for me compared with Kazu as my taste bud prefers to have balance on the sushi between the rice and main ingredients . Best part they have your own DIY California roll with a chunk of rice in it. Most of the sushi sizes are quite big with chunk of rice which makes it a little bit pricey compared to Kazu due to the size.but what I like most there is fresh n big size of sashimi.

Good selection and pretty decent quality too. Went with 3 of us and with a soft drink each we spent just over $60.00 and all left full. Really different way of eating, prices for each plate are well displayed and based on the color of the plate. Ranging from $4ish for a few pieces 9f sushi through to I think maybe $8ish for the more expensive plates. Simply collect up the plates and the waitress will add up the total at the end.

Positives: great location, plenty of food on the belt, available seating

Neautal: food was okay, noise level was good most of the time but expect sudden surprise of clanking plates, prices are alright for what you get, even though the belt was full... There wasn't many options to choose from but you can always order.

Cons: the belt was too fast! It felt like I was trying to catch a ball. My partner sat in the worst spot and that is just by the bend where it loops... It was insulting to have a server tell him he was taking the items incorrectly when it is hard to catch on an overly packed & fast belt to start with. Which takes me to the service. I wont be too harsh as it appears these servers are kid and inexperienced, impression was it's a family run restaurant aimed at high turn over. The kids interupted our meal to first tell my partner how to catch a plate (making him feel uncomfortable & embarrassed to serve himself so I had to do it for him) then kept interupting our meal by constantly taking away the plastic lids without warning and loudly. I feel a bit of training will fix this. I want to love this place as I hear great things about it.. But unfortunately my experience wasn't a cozy and calm dinner I had hoped for.

If the managers read this, I hope you don't see this as a personal attack on the business. The food is lovely and all the negatives I share are easy fixes. I hope my feedback helps you make it an even better restaurant. And if I happen to visit again I hope to give...
