I can easily recommend

1. Lunch here
2. Burgers
3. Frozen Drinks that they call Slushies.

I cannot recommend the

1. Friday Surf N Turf as the ribs didn't taste grilled, the shrimps had more empty shells than actual shrimps and they don't keep the land food (ribs and wings) away from the seafood so the water could be overcooking the ribs and wings. Plus, they only gave flats for the wings which were not meaty nor hearty. I packed all of it away and ordered a burger.
2. I can't recommend the brunch BECAUSE as much as I'd love to try it ... Sunday Brunch wasn't being held on each attempt. While it has undergone changes to meet customer feedback so I know it exist. I'd say your best bet is 1 entree and unlimited drinks. Why? Brunch has a 90 minute time limit a la USA restaurants. Timed brunch stresses me stateside and I didn't drink and they definitely move faster with food + drinks in America; whereas, food isn't the fastest thing around here. Nothing against FoodShack ... It's the culture.

FYI: If you're used to making modifications then you'll have to keep the menu handy & verify what they'll give you. The classic cheeseburger doesn't come with lettuce but I got it. Meanwhile, I didn't get the mustard and pickles the menu says it will come with. Le sigh~

They will communicate via WhatsApp. Not via Instagram in my experiences.

Watch out if you go for Happy Hour as a server told us (first visit ever) BOGO drinks could not mix and match even at the same price. I was befuddled and wrote on Instagram to ask about & got no response.

Oh! Since December they have later hours like a 12a-6a menu and I'd enjoy it if we're ever out. I've attached 14 pictures of Surf N Turf...

My colleagues and I came here to hangout based on positive reviews but our experience has been horrible. It took over an hour to bring our drinks over (not exaggerating) 45mins and counting and we are yet to get the meals we ordered for. There's just been 1 waiter regularly attending to everyone with a support staff coming in 'once in a blue moon'. To be honest, i was willing to give a 2nd chance and come over to experience the overwhelming positive reviews but so far the waiting time is exhausting and tiring. They got a lot of our orders wrong, included foods we didn't even order for in the final bill. Then to top the awful experience, a service charge of over 10% of the bill was charged to us 😱😱😱. There's just 1 rest room, the a/cs aren't functioning, we had to turn our menu cards to hand fans before we switched our sitting position to be directly under the a/cs, the seats are far from being comfortable, there was no music and we had to beg them for music at some point. Dear Lawd! And you add a service charge of over 10%?

When the food finally arrived it was amazing. We however had to go into their kitchen to get them to hurry with our food at some point, and once doubled as the kitchen supervisor, sigh. Please work on your service. I am worried on the quality of review that was given originally, maybe today wasn't just their day.

I'll have not put a rating if that option existed. Come here as a drive...

Atmosphere is nice, intimate. If you love plants, you will love how they played with it in the interior decor. Food is great- we ordered the small surf and turf and it was enough for 3 of us- 2 guys and 1 lady. The Flavour of the garlic butter sauce was well marinated in the lobster and the killer for me was the corn on cob! It was finger licking good at a decent price point. In all the food was a good 8/10.

The service was extraordinarily poor. The poorest of the poorest. That bit irritated me so much. We placed the order from the office 45mins before we got there and had paid in full. When we got there the food was not even started. We had to reorder- defeating the whole point of ordering early. The waiter took our order and left us there. No drink order, no starter, nothing. For 30mins. Eventually my friend had to go out and address the manager. And changed the waiter. The next waiter came with the starter without side plates. Eventually the side plates came, short of one. It was frustrating. The process of paying the balance after eating was a whole other level of pain. They didn’t have too many people at the time we came in at 4:50pm on a Friday so not a rush hour, plus we ordered before we came, and even at that, it was such a bad experience in service. I loved the food and I’ll likely be back cos of it but I utterly hated the service here and I hope they do...
