The Hotel staff really aimed to please us; the room was nice size and comfortable with small refrigerator, all tile floors (typical actually), real air-conditioning (not just fans), TV reception was better although the channels changed and wi-fi was free but not reliable, however the upscale coffee shop next door worked. The nightclub upstairs was far enough away to not be a noise problem and we preferred the upstairs room; they were so accommodating that they changed us 3 times for relatively minor issues, but we stayed 7 days here, making it our "base" for my first trip to Victoria Island. It was about $100 USD per night and did NOT include food; which was kind of on the high side as are most "full service" hotel and restaurant and night-club places, especially on Victoria Island, but it was gated and guarded, friendly, and responsive, even heating up food we brought back from other Island restaurants; and a king size bed that YES, could sleep.
