Virginrose Resorts — Hotel in Lagos State

On Dec 12, 2017, I got a very bad treatment from one man (I didn't get his designation) in the hall used by DPR for the ongoing interview. The man came to put on the ACs in the hall while the kitchen guy was serving breakfast in the hall. I was there a day before and met the breakfast on the table. I didn't go near there until I was thirsty. I approached one of the coordinators if the things on the table were for us and he said YES. later that day, other things were brought to that same table and fellow applicants took from there. Something came up and I had to go back the on the 12th, early in the morning. I saw the table being served for breakfast and approached the server if I'd get hot water. He pointed the kettle to me and I wanted to make coffee to stay woke. I eventually had to take green tea as there was nothing to cream the coffee; no milk or creamer. While brewing the tea, this man just came and ask if I was a staffer or applicant. I told him I was an applicant. He just went ahead to embarrass me non-stop, that I should have known the things on the table were only for the staffers. He achieved his aim of embarrassing me. I got angry, but kept it in me. I apologize anyway, but he still went on till I didn't even care about his presence anymore. Yeah, I was wrong for taking a tea I thought belonged to us, the applicants, but you don't take that as an opportunity to vent your anger on me as I realized I was wrong and duly apologized. This hotel and the quality of service and the amenities was perfect. The staff were friendly and the food at the breakfast was superb. The room is beautiful and well-equipped. When I forgot my card-key and needed to ask for my room number at the desk, the front desk clerk asked me some security questions before giving me a new key card for my room. This was a great hotel at a great price.Upkeep was perfect at this hotel, it looked brand new. The bed was comfortable. it was perfect. It was a quiet hotel and we slept great! The continental breakfast was also very good. We found the front desk to be friendly and helpful as well. The Management and staff definitely went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay for us. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel......a home away from home!!! I'm so sorry, I wouldn't want to visit the second time. Mosquitoes 🙄🧐🧐, and they will tell you how many sausage and egg you will eat at so called buffet breakfast 🙄🙄🙄🧐🧐, staff will call you at midnight to remind you of your checkout next day and your outstanding balance 🙄🙄🧐🧐, if you ask any question, staff will tell you I wasn't at work then🙄🙄🧐🧐, if you need food, order when you ain't hungry yet as the food takes like one hour before it's served🙄🙄🧐🧐... Guys don't take it personal, myself and my friends weren't happy with our experience and I don't wanna talk about the shower dropping like it's drizzling... You might probably take 2 hours while batting 🙄🙄🧐🧐, rooms has this odour that you need to go away for a while so as to let in fresh air before...
