Read moreNice mall. I Would have given it five stars but for one thing - I do not like the fact that I have to go pay for parking across the road even when there is ample parking space in front of the mall. And the security men and parking attendants are quite rude and unfriendly in the way they tell you "madam no parking" even though we can both see more than enough spaces to park. All the "No Parking" signs scattered around the entire front of the premises only serve to highlight the fact that the management seems to be saying "Yes we have parking, but no we're not letting you park". Makes me wonder if the management of Mega Plaza has a partnership with the parking lot across the road, so they can be getting commissions from each person who parks there or something. The only other option is to allow yourself be parked by the "boys" on the street, also at a cost. I'm fine with paying for parking, after all it is for the security of my car, but I'm not fine with being told there's no parking when we can all see there is parking - only for me to come back seconds later and see that the "No Parking" sign has been removed for a Range Rover sport 😒. That's my only beef with Mega Plaza, aside from their Shawarma which used to...
Read moreI wont deny that this is the place to go to shop all under one roof. From electronics to provisions to cafe etc. But i was terribly disappointed when i had to use their restroom downstairs due to an upset stomach. The place was disgustingly dirty, flies everywhere and they didn't have common tissue paper... I had to resort to using their bidet and in the process wet my whole body and trouser pants. It was an awful experience. First off when i enquired the staff kept telling me go downstairs as if they had no sense of direction and the attending staff at the toilet was terribly rude all because i kept lamenting the problem. Then to cap it up when i reported to the administration they chose to use the escuse that visitors toilet was upstairs and only staff use the one i utilised. Isn't that appalling that staff have no clue or no orientation on customer services? I ended up not buying anything because i was just...
