I’m very fussy when it comes to food and drinks, which makes it difficult for me to try new restaurants as I prefer to stick to what I know. I kept seeing posts about Graffiti popping up on my timeline on TikTok and Instagram so I decided to give Graffiti Lagos a try with my cousin, and I was pleasantly surprised.
Drinks We started off with shots and proceeded to trying their blueberry daiquiri, subsequently we had strawberry daiquiri, a special cocktail and more shots 😂 and I can tell you that every single drink was a hit and I’m saying this as a person that would return drinks and refuse to pay if it doesn’t taste as it should, I’m giving Graffiti 10/10 for their cocktails 😮💨
Food The starters were to die for and they didn’t disappoint with the main, I love my burgers juicy and my fries with a little crunch and I was so pleased that they adhered to my preference especially when I emphasised on wanting crunchy fries, I finished everything I was served. 10/10
Ambiance I loved the setting and layout of the restaurant, their playlist was 🔥 and we should couldn’t help but sing along & dance while enjoying our meal and drinks. 10/10
Customer service I’m usually displeased with the customer service at most restaurants in Lagos but reverse was the case at Graffiti, from the security that helped us whilst parking, to the lady at the reception that attended to us before we were directed upstairs to the restaurant, we were welcomed with smiles that made me happy and this set the tone before we were seating. The waiters and the bar tenders gave exceptional service, I usually like to ask questions about different meals before I place my orders and I thrilled that the waiter had adequate information about the different meals instead of saying “I don’t know I’m not the chef” 20/10
Although their prices is very reasonable, our bill was about ₦120k but this was only because we kept ordering drinks 😂 and we ate like pigs 🤭
Overall I’d say although Graffiti is still new, they’ve started off on the right path and I’m certainly looking forward to going there again but this time with more friends as I don’t like to enjoy good...
Read moreIf you have seen a few of my reviews you will know that value for money is very important to me. This restaurant performs excellently in that area so I am going to lead with that on my review. This is the most reasonably priced restaurants I can remember visiting recently. Not the cheapest, but for this quality of food, ambience, etc it may be quite hard to beat.
I like the way the restaurant was laid out and thankfully it was not crowded (I dislike having people virtually eating on my head at restaurants).
Food was quite tasty and decent sized portions. Of course, I have already emphasized how reasonable the pricing is. I am extremely pleased with the quality given the price. Only complaint is that it was a bit on the salty side. Since I only visited once, I will give the benefit of doubt that the chef got a bit excited with the salt that day and not that this is a feature of their food. It is however something for them to watch out for.
Staff were extremely professional, nice and friendly. Unlike most Nigerian owned businesses they did not annoy me (and discourage me from ever going back) by saying no cameras allowed (I will never get over the ridiculousness of that attitude).
Overall a very good experience and I...
Read moreThe English breakfast you see on the picture is not what you receive. Instead of real sausages, they serve frankfurters. The sausages don’t come seasoned. The food comes cold, stale bread and cold baked beans.
Worst part is when you call the managers attention to the issues - he is dismissive, makes excuses, even lied at some point, takes zero accountability and terrible attitude.
For those wondering - the subpar “english” breakfast is 15k. And there are no alternative options to the bacon, no turkey bacon and you can’t swap any items.
The venue is lovely and had great potential but a...
