The bathrooms are old and need to be refurbished, but the rooms are spacious and nice, but that means nothing if the basic amenities are missing. I paid 65k for a night and was asked to buy sachet water to shower because the hotel had no clean water. To make matters worse, one of the receptionists tried to extort money from me. He came to my room at night and demanded 10k in cash, claiming they had mistakenly given me a more expensive room than what I initially paid for. I called his bluff, but he started raising his voice. When I attempted to leave, he backed down and said I could stay. If I hadn’t been so sick that night, I would have left immediately. The door, though equipped with a card lock, had worn-out frames, making me uneasy throughout the night. The restroom lighting was dim, and there was no hot water. To make matters worse, I found a dead roach in the restroom. Additionally, the TV decoder was not subscribed, leaving me with no entertainment options.
