Redsun Bergen — Restaurant in Bergen

I am beyond disgusted with this restaurant. The waiter was extremely nice and friendly. That's the only plus. However, the hostess/waitress was openly coughing up a lung, not covering her mouth, and touching plates of food going out to customers. I never saw her wash her hands. To add insult to injury one of the sushi chefs was COUGHING REPEATEDLY on the sushi he was preparing. I was horrified. The sushi chef saw me staring at him and proceeded to cough while ducking below the counter he was preparing food on. They should be fired for not preparing food in a sanitary manner. I finally said something to one of the waiters and he said he would let them know. What? If they weren't told they wouldn't know it's not ok to openly cough repeatedly on food being served to customers? I couldn't wait to get out of there. It was just so disgusting and dirty. I hope I don't get sick. Food was subpar. I had food from the kitchen. Hopefully they weren’t coughing back there too. They need to WEAR a mask or stay home rather than contaminate food. One of the joys of travel is trying out different food. We typically never go back to the same place if we are on a short trip to a city. This changed with Redsun Restaurants. We came back here for dinner for the second night. The food here is just amazing, like you are in the South East Asia. It brought me a lot of great memories of my days in Singapore in the late nineties. Shasimi felt like the fishes were caught today and melted right in your mouth. Chicken satay we tried was tender, juicy and spicy 🌶️. Drunken noodles and spicy ducks were the best I have eaten in years. The chef knew us from the night before and made dishes as authentic and spicy as he could. Just to top it off, the bar tender even went out of his way to customize the cocktail with zero sugar ❤️. I have ordered food through foodora from the restaurant, waited for an hour for my food to arrive, that was fine by me, I could definitely wait 10-15 min extra, even though I have paid a lot and was expecting a better customer service. However, the problem appeared when I opened my order and saw something was missing. I called the restaurant which took me good five min to get through, then I mentioned the issue, they said they will contact someone else to deliver my missing item. I am writing this review because I am tired of paying so much and still waiting for my food to arrive so I can eat my dinner. Horrendous customer service in my opinion, when I asked how long will it take for the missing item to arrive, the guy on the other said, I don’t know.
