They have good food, but poor customer service drags them down. When I, as a customer, get reprimanded when I go to pick up my food, because I use a service THEY offer (Vipps express), because they don't see when I'm going to pick up, then something is terribly wrong. They claim afterwards that they had tried to call me about the order and when I was supposed to pick up, which they hadn't done either. It's a quaint little 'fast food' sushi place, hidden behind the rest of the busy town. It's staff are friendly and professional, and cater to special allergic needs if asked about it (Fish, for example) and It's all very clean. It can be somewhat busy in the usual lunch hours and at the end of the day, but they take orders over phone, usually ready in 15 minutes. We order takeout from HT sushi regularly and it's always high quality and SO delicious! Everything from sashimi to fried rolls are excellent!! And they provide plenty of wasabi and ginger, which we use lots of.

The only thing I'd change is the ability to add cucumber since we LOVE crunch in a roll, but their sushi is so much better than anywhere else in town it's worth cutting it at home...
