Paid the wardrobe service and left a 100$ umbrella in their custody. The girl working at the wardrobe tried to give me a 5$ umbrella at our departure and when I protested she simply said she does not have my umbrella anymore.

Asked to talk to her manager Simon Relsted Iversen who promised to refund the umbrella, however he never did it (after I called him multiple times) so I made an official complaint to the police. Police just closed the complaint with their standard "not enough resources" answer. I escalated the case to the Public Prosecutor and still waiting for...

Celebrated my birthday here together with 20 friends. We booked a table for everyone and were seated in a nice area in the backyard. Really good experience and a perfect spot to spend the night. Great music, good drinks/beer and a fun dance floor.

Only negative comment I want to add, was that one from our group got asked to leave by the "bouncers" just an hour after we arrived and seemingly without any reason. I know this is within their responsibility and power. But it got a bit frustrating since we didnt get any reason for why...

There is no way you should lose out on this. Relaxed, excellent atmosphere with skilled DJ's. The pizza served on 1st floor is like being in an Italian home!.
