Oslo Bar & Bowling — Restaurant in Oslo

Me and my brother went there during our stay in Oslo, together with another person. The guys at the bowling bar were kind and their queuing policy allowed us to walk away for dinner and come back when our slot was about to become available. The place is indeed really busy in weekends and you have to know in advance how many games you wanna play. On the other side there is a pool area, so we decided to have a few billiard games before leaving. There you get a ticket for your turn and hope that groups in front of you won't play forever. We had fun but the problem with that side of the bar is:

1. the pool tables are too close to each other so you have to continuously watch for players from adjacent tables or wait for them to play their turn
2. close to one side of our pool there was a table with sofa occupied by a group of people drinking. We had to constantly ask them to make space so that we could play without hitting them. While we were being really polite they appeared to be a bit drunk, so rather than moving to another free table they preferred sitting there, asking us to hit the balls quickly so they could keep drinking.

What a trouble nitght. It was very bad. I am truly sad😔. I came with this idea to go there with my friend and have fun together. which turned out to be the worst night for us😭. And I was very embarrassed. We went there to play bowling and waited for fiveeee hours. When you enter there and ask how long it takes, they give you repeated answers. Every time, they told us that it would be your turn in two and a half hours. We all waited in that crowd and noise please for five hours. We asked the reception several times and they gave us the same answer again😵‍💫. So we decided to leave. Half an hour after we left, they called us and said: is your turn. While we were on the train home😏. In fact, it is a policy to keep you there to pay other expenses. You have to pay for every ridiculous game. Low quality beers with dirty glasses at expensive prices. I was at this bar and tried bowling recently. The staff is very unexperienced. We were supposed to play from 18 until 19. Our screen was off even at 18:07, we had to ask them to turn it on 2 times until finally we could start. We were playing until 19:00 , where we were still had 2 rounds left. We of course expected them to let us finish the game especially cause we started 7 minutes too late. They turned off our screen without notice, and the whole game was lost. When we asked what has happened, why can't we finish the game, we got no explanation. After this we of course wanted to pay less, but they refused to offer any kind of discount.
