Just finished a spectacular meal here and very impressed. We try Indian restaurants everywhere we travel and, for the dutiful science of comparison, order the same dishes on our first visit. I ask for korma, he is a tikka masala fan. Plain naan also always accompanies, so that we can be fair. We do it for the science!
The naan was a toothsome blend of crispy and soft, buttery and hot. Best naan in memory.
Both curries had perfectly cooked chunks of chicken. Dare I call them moist? Yes. I dare. Moist, they were. The Tikka was the perfect heat - a 4 on a scale of 6.. talked down from a 5 and I'm glad we were. It was spicy enough for a forehead sweat and a side of chilis were given in case we needed more, but it was excellent as is. Beautiful flavors.
The star of this show was the korma, the best I've had anywhere. And I've had a LOT. I don't know what else to say but.. just eat it.
To top it off, the service was friendly and welcoming. They spent extra time talking with us about the questions we had.
I hope I have a chance to come back for a dish of the restaurants choosing. I trust my experience to...
Read moreâââââ I recently visited this charming restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the attentive service, welcoming atmosphere, andâmost notablyâthe incredible range of spice levels available to suit every palate. From mild and aromatic to tongue-tingling hot, the menu lets you dial in exactly the heat you crave, making each dish feel custom-crafted.
While my wife noted that her lamb dish didnât quite match the exceptional version sheâd enjoyed at the Indian restaurant near the airport, it was still flavorful, tender, and beautifully spiced. Plus, with so many level options, you can experiment to find the perfect balance of flavor and fire.
Overall, this spot delivers a wonderful dining experience: the staff is friendly and efficient, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable given the quality and customization on offer. Whether youâre a spice enthusiast or just looking for a cozy meal out, I highly recommend giving this...
Read moreI visited Jaipur Indian Restaurant with two friends. We were there in the middle of the weeks so we basically got the restaurant for our self and the waiterâs full and unconditional attention. The place was clean as you would hope and the waiter was nice. We were served poppadumâs before we were served what we actually ordered. My friends ordered Palak paneer and I ordered the houses special bean curry (because of the protein value, gotta get them gains). The dish was made with black beans, tomato and a bunch of herbs and spices but not at all spicy. Although the waiter had asked when I ordered if I preferred spicy food, which I do not. The dish was served with rice however we ordered extra garlic naan(fluffy bread infused with garlic butter) I also ordered a side of Pakoras which is small balls of chick pea flower with spices herbs and onions which was served with a bit of salad. Everything was delightful and I hope to go...
