Karlsborg Spiseforretning — Restaurant in Oslo

We booked a table for 3 because we were 2 adults and 1 toddler. We ordered Afternoon tea set pairing with oriental hot teas. We didn't know what went wrong but they served 3 ppl portions of sandwiches, scones and sweets in 2 3-tier tea stands. We didn't realise until we asked for the check. We couldn't finish all the food and asked for a takeaway box after.

Regarding food quality, The sandwiche breads were dry like they were made for a several hours ago. Scones were good, being served with delicious sweeten wipe cream and berry jam. Sweets were average. No wow factor for me.

Apart from that, the location is great. It is not far from downtown Oslo. You can easily take a tram and walk uphill a bit to the restaurant (we drove there). Absolutely no complain for the views. Panaramic views of Oslo! The views was the reason why we wanted to...

Great location, beautiful view, I really like this place. But the service gets worse and worse every time. I paid for my order, but before they made our coffee, they started serving the people behind us in line. I waited about 15 minutes for two lattes. On top of that, the café staff are quite rude. Disgusting service and disgusting attitude towards visitors. The cutlery distribution area is very dirty, and there is no water. The poor service makes me never want to come...
