The place has a really nice atmosphere and is very clean. They have seats for over 50 people. The waiter was friendly and I received the food within 15 minutes of placing the order.
I had the chicken biryani, it was served with raita and salad. The raita was authentic and included various spices and cucumber. The biryani was served fresh, but I do not think it was not an authentic biryani. Like many restaurants, it was likely cooked like a pilao (chicken, masala, and rice together rather than in layers). A plus point is that this was included in the menu, the menu did not say it was a traditional style biryani. There were also red peppers which I have not seen before in biryani. My group and other guest's where in a good mood and ready for a good indian dish. They served us the drinks but then the waiting is ahead. Suddenly a hour have past, and we asked the familly beside us how long they have waited. Two hours they said, and then we asked the waitor how long it would take to get what we ordered. She said we serve in sequence. We decided to pay for the drinks we ordered and then leave after a hour and more of waiting. Then they had the audacity to charge us for the food we didn't get.

Read more0 star from us! This was our first time at this restaurant. Normally we eat out in Stavanger, but heard about this place and wanted to check it out. We ordered nr 7 and nr 13. They were both cold, the salat was not fresh, the rise was hard and the bread they called “carlig nan” was not nan. the place was quite dead and the two gentleman working did not even smile at us.
