Exceptional Dining Experience at PF Chang’s La Cantera My recent visit to PF Chang’s at La Cantera was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The culinary journey began with a delightful array of dishes, including the tantalizing lettuce wraps, savory pork dumplings, crispy green beans, and the comforting hot and sour soup. The main course was a symphony of flavors, featuring Chang’s spicy chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and the classic orange chicken, each dish impeccably executed and bursting with authentic taste. The accompanying lo mein provided the perfect balance of textures and aromas, elevating the dining experience to new heights. The happy hour Paloma cocktail served as a refreshing accompaniment, showcasing the bar's prowess in mixology. And to conclude our feast, the banana spring rolls offered a sweet, indulgent finale that left us craving for more. However, what truly set this experience apart was the impeccable service provided by Kennedy. His genuine passion for hospitality and sincere dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction were evident throughout the evening. Kennedy's professionalism and warmth added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience, leaving us eagerly anticipating our next visit. In conclusion, PF Chang’s at La Cantera offers not only exceptional cuisine but also a memorable dining experience thanks to its outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Whether you're a local or just passing through, a visit to PF Chang’s is an absolute must.

Dining at P.F. Chang's was an absolute delight. The ambiance of the restaurant set the stage for a culinary journey through Asia, with a modern twist on traditional dishes. The menu offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. Our waitress, Liberty, was the epitome of excellent service. She greeted us with a warm smile and maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on, enhancing our dining experience significantly. The food itself was a highlight. Each dish arrived at our table beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the dishes were cooked to perfection, embodying the essence of Asian cuisine with every bite. In summary, P.F. Chang's provided an exceptional dining experience, made all the more memorable by Liberty's outstanding service. It's a place I would recommend to anyone looking for quality food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Been years since I've been and wasn't impressed, but I figured they deserve a second chance. The restaurant has a nice hip vibe and a bit more upscale than your average Chinese food joint. After we sat, we told our waiter about how it's been a while since we last been to the restaurant. He gave us his spiel on how he would give us "the hookup" and give us a 18.99 meal deal each. Well duhh, it says it clearly on the menu as an option. My brother and I found it amusing, so we went along with it. The waiter's job is to work for a tip after all. We ordered an array of items and they were mostly quite good. The standouts were the Brussel sprouts and the lettuce wraps. The Mongolian beef was very tasty as well, though a bit more chew than I would of liked. The sesame chicken was nothing special and lacked crispiness on the batter. Towards the end of the meal, the waiter once again gave us "the hookup" by giving us a piece of chocolate cake for only 8$. Once again, the add on cake is 8$ on the menu since we chose the 18.99 meal deal. The cake was a hefty portion, though not all that impressed with flavor. But if you're a chocolate lover, then this may be for you! The bill came and we noticed that we were charged for soups that unfortunately forgot to get to our table. Thankfully our waiter did compensate us nicely on the bill. He also gave us a coupon for an order of free lettuce wraps on our next visit (with the purchase of an entrée). So sweet right? In the end, the food was overall decent, but very overpriced. If you are looking for a date night that won't break the bank, then I am confident your lady won't be disappointed if you drove her to Panda Express instead. 3.5/5

My husband and I went as he was given a $25 gift card, and we have not been for a long time. As we both remember it, it was good. This experience was ok and not enough to go back. The food, service, and atmosphere feels as though it's diminished. The waitress was new but would get lost for periods of time. The place was not busy and we went during dinner time. I had their most popular drink, "Rising Dragon." It came with a cover on top that, when removed, released a little smoke from herbs I'm guessing placed within the drink to give it flavor. The drink tasted like a pre-made mix and not aromatic. It was a pomegranate margarita, I think. I had miso salmon at an establishment earlier this week, and I saw it was on the menu here (Please see Hoka Hoka Fuku review in its respective Google Maps section). I ordered it, and it was bland, overcooked, and on a bed of flavorless greens. The waitress recommended I order a side as she said the salmon came with nothing but thin greens under it. I'm glad I did. The brussel sprouts were definitely the star. My husband ordered mongolian beef. It was ok. He also ordered appetizer ribs, which were really dry.

The service and atmosphere definitely stands out at this location. The food is good, but I don't think I tasted anything that would be a signature menu item. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our meal. Cocktails were great. I had the Japanese Old Fashioned. Excellent presentation with the smoky aromatics. I have to say this is one of the best Old Fashioned I have had. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I wish I remembered her name long enough to give her credit in this review. Took care of our table and checked on us often. My only gripe with this location is that it's in the La Cantera mall and it is generally very busy, especially on weekends. We intended to go to another restaurant, but the wait time was just so ridiculously long that we decided to come to this PF Chang's location. Good decision.

Update Nov 2023: The change is no more keeping me happy here any more. Changes to menu but also to serving portion with price hike is pretty disappointing. Possible no more PFC. Sharing picture of our Chang’s spicy chicken portion. P.F.Chang when will I ever get to try Fire and Ice dessert, please? Miss Fire & Ice . . . This place is elite 👌 Love the ambience but above that it's the service and the food that makes any experience amazing . P.F.Chang makes it sure. On myast visit I happen to get to know Elaine who took amazing care of our visit and gave fantastic food experience to my first time visitor friend. However missed the Fire & Ice dessert. Please call me one day specially for it.
