I normally have a great experience when I go to PF Chang but tonight I was extremely disappointed. The wait for inside was over 20 minutes and they offered me to sit outside . I said OK if you turn on the heater, they said it was not a problem. So after shopping, I decided to have a nice dinner with my daughter. The waitress took my order and I told her twice to please turn on the heater, she told me that she will tell the manager. We waited over 10 minutes and nothing after 20 minutes I get a new waitress who says that she will be helping us because the other one is going to help a party of eight people. We had to repeat our drinks and order my daughter was cold. Her nose and face was red so we decided to take her food to go. As I was packing my food to go, I see the manager helping the party of 8 and turns on three heaters for them. You can imagine how I felt. My daughter was even sneezing because she was super cold, and the party of a kept on looking at her as if she was sick She felt self-conscious, so we just packed her food and I asked to speak to Manager. He apologized and gave me his business card but that was not good enough.I am taking my food to go and I couldn’t enjoy a nice dinner with my daughter. I feel like the manager could’ve done more. Maybe offer an inside seating or a free dessert or half of my meal. I wasn’t asking for a my whole meal to be free. I couldn’t enjoyed a nice dinner with my my daughter what a big inconvenience - all I got was I’m sorry. I think that was completely unfair. I am Also a paying customer, and it seemed like the party of 8 was more important. The waitress never excuse yourself or apologize. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. Taking my dinner to go and having to reheat it is not fun!!
