Bath & Body Works — Attraction in San Antonio

Planned to start the day with a visit when they opened. Looked on Google and saw that they opened at 10. Got there-doors locked and no signage to indicate hours. Waited around and someone finally came to be let in. I am as informed that they opened at 11. I stated internet says you open at 10. Reply was that’s Google. That attitude ends my desire to ever shop there again. Simple signage clearly visible on the door stating open hours would completely solve this problem because it seems to me you would want the entire internet to reflect your correct business hours. I would like to share my recent experience at this location, firstly I want to recognize Alyssa H she was by far the best seller there. she gave me a lot of options to choose from and was not pushing me like the other workers. I was greeted by 3 different people all saying the exact same thing, which i understand they want to sell these products but i can’t even look at something without someone coming up to me and saying the same phrase. I can't recall ever going to a Bath & Body Works where none of the staff greeted me or asked to help me with anything. Not one person. Usually these stores are busier than this one. It was my first time shopping at La Cantera and was a let down. Only Hot Topic gave great service and that is where I used most of my purchasing power. Friendliness goes a long way, folks.
