Food Review 📍: @Pf Chang P.F. Chang's is a well-known chain of restaurants that offer a fusion of Asian-inspired cuisine with a modern twist. P.F. Chang's has several locations in different countries, including Pakistan. The ambiance of P.F. Chang's is said to be contemporary and stylish, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for diners. The restaurant aims to provide a sophisticated dining experience, with attention to detail in both the decor and the menu offerings. . P.F. Chang's menu features a variety of dishes that fuse traditional Asian flavors with modern culinary techniques. The cuisine offered at P.F. Chang's is often described as Asian fusion, with a blend of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai influences. They incorporate traditional Asian flavors and ingredients, such as soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil, while also adding their own unique twist to each dish. Overall, P.F. Chang's aims to offer a modern, upscale dining experience with a fusion of Asian-inspired cuisine. . 🔸 Hot and Sour Soup 💵 Rs.450 The Hot and Sour Soup at P.F. Chang's is simply fantastic! This soup is the perfect combination of spicy and sour flavors, with a rich, savory broth that will warm you up from the inside out. The soup is loaded with fresh vegetables, including carrots, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots, which add a nice crunch to each spoonful. The tofu cubes in the soup are also a great addition, providing a hearty texture that complements the other ingredients perfectly. . One thing that sets P.F. Chang's Hot and Sour Soup apart from other versions I've tried is the attention to detail in the flavor profile. The soup is not too spicy, but still has a nice kick, and the sourness is perfectly balanced, making for a very enjoyable eating experience. Whether you're looking for a light starter or a comforting soup on a chilly day, P.F. Chang's Hot and Sour Soup is definitely worth trying. Highly recommended! . 🔸 Dumplings (Chicken) 💵 Rs.1050 While the chicken dumplings at P.F. Chang's have some great qualities, they also have some areas that could be improved. On the positive side, the dumplings are cooked perfectly, with a nice balance of tender dough and savory chicken filling. The texture of the filling is spot-on, with a good mix of juicy meat and finely chopped vegetables, and the dipping sauce that comes with the dumplings adds a nice tangy flavor that complements the dish well. . However, one area where the chicken dumplings fall short is in the seasoning. While the filling has a decent flavor, it's somewhat bland and lacks the depth and complexity of other dishes on the menu. Additionally, the dumplings could benefit from a bit more seasoning, such as garlic or ginger, to give them a bit more of a punch. . If you're a fan of classic dumplings with a mild flavor profile, these may be right up your alley, but if you're looking for a more adventurous taste experience, you may want to try one of the other dishes on the menu instead. . 🔸 Crispy Honey Chicken 💵 Rs.1590 The Crispy Honey Chicken at PF Chang's has a great flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. The chicken is perfectly fried and the sauce is delicious. However, the portion size is small for the price. . The rice at PF Chang's, on the other hand, was a disappointment. It was dry and lacked flavor, even though it was advertised as "steamed rice." Additionally, the portion size was also quite small. . Overall, while the Crispy Honey Chicken is worth a try, the rice could use some improvement. It's a shame that the rice did not live up to expectations, but the quality of the chicken made up for it. . Ambiance: 4.5/5 | Service: 4/5 | Food: 3.5/5 | Value for...
Read moreP.F. Chang's, located in the vibrant city of Lahore, Pakistan, proved to be a true gem in the world of Asian cuisine. My recent visit to this restaurant left me with an unforgettable dining experience that I will cherish for a long time.
As we stepped inside the restaurant, the modern and elegant ambiance immediately set the tone for what was to come. The friendly hostess promptly seated us, and we were impressed by the attentive and courteous service from the start.
To start our culinary journey, we ordered the Dumplings and the Dynamite Chicken as appetizers. The Dumplings, presented in a bamboo steamer, were delightful parcels of flavors. The tender and juicy fillings, coupled with the delicate dumpling wrappers, were simply exquisite. The accompanying dipping sauce added a delightful tang, elevating the experience.
Next up was the Dynamite Chicken, and it certainly lived up to its name. The crispy and succulent pieces of chicken were coated in a zesty and slightly spicy sauce that tantalized our taste buds. It was a perfect combination of sweet, savory, and spicy, leaving us wanting more.
For the main course, we had the P.F. Chang's Fried Rice with Chicken and the Lo Mein with Chicken. Both dishes were bursting with authentic Asian flavors and cooked to perfection. The fried rice was a delightful mix of fluffy rice, tender chicken, and an assortment of colorful vegetables, creating a harmonious symphony of tastes.
The Lo Mein was equally impressive, with the silky noodles coated in a savory sauce and accompanied by perfectly cooked chicken and crisp vegetables. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we had plenty to savor and enjoy.
To complement our meal, we ordered the Black Berry Blast mocktail. This refreshing and vibrant mocktail was a medley of fruity flavors, perfectly balancing sweetness with a hint of tanginess. It paired wonderfully with the dishes and added to the overall...

To celebrate the awesomeness of food, visited PF Chang’s with a group of Foodies. So much hype about this place way before it actually opened it’s door for the foodies of Lahore. Great piece of Architecture and well Constructed. From furniture to crockery, every thing followed the Chinese Asian Theme. Summing up the whole experience, the food was not bad though comparatively overpriced. —————————————————————— To begin with, ordered soup-hot and sour and wanton soup, but personally, they both were below my expectation.
In starters how can one miss their Signature Dynamite Shrimps. Were as good as described by the whole world. Chicken Lettuce wraps were average as the Lettuce didn’t seemed to be fresh but its Wok-seared Chicken was good.
Onto the mains, We had Chang’s Spicy Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Orange Peel Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Lo Mein, and Singapore Street Noodles served with White Rice. Mongolian beef & Orange Peel Chicken stood out for me due to its taste, tenderness and their signature Sauces.
Asian Pear Mojito was the best among the drinks. Deserts? Oh no. That part they don’t know how to do just like the Chinese. Wouldn’t recommend their desserts.
Pros & Cons Great Ambiance Trained Staff Quick Service Poor quality Rice Below Average Deserts Less quantity per dish High Priced Dynamite Shrimps 👌
Recommendations: Do visit once. To save on your pocket, trust me and order (if 2-3 persons) Dynamite Shrimps, If beef then Mongolian and if Chicken then Orange Peel (Rice bowl is served with these dishes so don’t order separately) with Asian Mojito as a drink. Overall I would...
