I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful dining experience. The first thing that stands out is the excellent ambiance. The interior is well-designed, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. Whether you’re dining with family, friends, or colleagues, the setting enhances the overall experience.
The food itself is quite good, with well-balanced flavors and high-quality ingredients. While everything we tried was enjoyable, the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Cordon Chicken. It was cooked to perfection, with a crispy outer layer and a deliciously cheesy, flavorful filling inside. If you visit, this dish is a must-try!
The menu offers a decent variety of dishes, catering to different tastes, though the prices are on the higher side. However, the portion sizes and quality of ingredients justify the cost to some extent. If you have an Allied Bank premium card, you’re in luck, as they offer decent discounts, making the experience more affordable.
Service was also up to the mark, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a smooth dining experience. One downside, however, is the parking situation at night—finding a spot can be quite challenging, so plan accordingly.
Overall, this restaurant is a great choice if you’re looking for a premium dining experience with excellent ambiance, great service, and delicious food. While it is a bit pricey, the experience and quality make it worth visiting, especially if you can take advantage of the...
Read moreI recently dined at Urban Kitchen and ordered a chicken steak, fish and chips, and green detox drink. Firstly, the fish was cooked to perfection – crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The batter was light and flavorful, enhancing the natural taste of the fish without overpowering it. The chips (fries) served alongside were a standout on their own. The sauce provided with the fish elevated the dish to another level. Its tangy yet creamy flavor complemented the fish and chips beautifully. It overall exceeded my expectations and set a new standard for this dish! The ambiance and service were excellent too. However, the same level of excellence was not replicated in the steak I ordered. While the flavor was decent, it fell short of the mark compared to other steaks I’ve enjoyed. Additionally, the cut I received was not as tender as I had hoped for. It required more effort to chew than I anticipated, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. The detox drink was a real winner. Packed with green apple, cucumber, and other good stuff, it was like sipping on pure refreshment. The mix of flavors was spot-on – crisp apple and cool cucumber made for a super-refreshing combo. It was a nice break from the usual drinks, and I felt good knowing I was treating my body to something healthy and tasty. You should definitely give this drink a try next time...
Read moreI had the chance of going to Urban Kitchen yesterday for Iftari and I wasn't too impressed...the place is congested...seating is too close for comfort, if you aren't careful you will probably bump into a table...the staff was in panic...seemed overwhelmed. There weren't enough glasses so had to wait to get a glass of juice when I asked the waiter they cordially said it will be served to me at the table but then they would get busy with other customers and forget that they had to serve at my table. There was a long queue at the food bar... guests were patient but they weren't refilling fast enough so by the time I got around there was nothing much left so had to do with the salads only...again when I went for the mains, the dishes weren't filled. The place is congested...people sitting downstairs have to come up to get food. The waiters were just occupying the aisles and looked bewildered...but that said the food was good...i mean at the end that's what matters...and you will be able to ignore the chaos...the desserts were ok...I mean I would certainly not go there for desserts. The decor was ok...it was modern and edgy but the Turkish lights were an eyesore...it was unbefitting...iftaris are mostly chaotic but when you pay 2000 you expect top notch experience so guys you need to improve...
