Gourmet Restaurant Gulberg — Restaurant in Lahore Cantonment Tehsil

We went for a family dinner with guests at #gourmetfood family restaurant Gulberg on Thursday. The environment was so Hot but they have switched Off the ACs and there were only few pedistal fans near few tables not covering all the tables. When we asked them 1st they said about the electricity issue then when they realized that we were planning to move somewhere else they Switch ON the ACs and took our order. Order came around 40 minutes late upon our asking and that too was not fresh. Karahi was not fresh in taste and colour also. We ignored due to our guests but the quantity and taste both was zero. Here when we start our dinner they switch off their ACs we ask them many times to place some pedistal fan If AC is not working. One of them came to check AC and went away.. similarly just for showing another person came after many times call but went back saying technical issue we asked them to place some pedistal fan but no one listen us and all were standing on reception ignoring us. We were extremely embarrassed in front of our guests. Our kids were also disturbed due to the hot environment but they didn't pay attention. This is your service for which you charge extra in bills ??? We pay 7 thousand and left without completing our dinner. Pathetic service. We pay 7 thousand and earn embarrassment only!!!

No ethics, Poor service Poor...

Someone recommend me their pizza and we ordered their standard pizza. Unfortunately very bad experience.Bad pizza might be bland,or have an unpleasant taste. Seriously I didn't expect this type of bad taste.very Pathetic taste. The pizza sauce isn't available. This could include stale, spoiled, or low-quality ingredients in their pizza. The veg not fresh. Also have very small. Portion of chicken in the pizza just like 5 pieces almost and the chicken also not properly cooked.And also have no taste in the pizza. Even the potato fries have some taste rather than pizza. Very disappointed. And also they take 1 hour to make one small pizza. Very pathetic taste also the service. I know very well you think that I'm syco because I write long paragraph to just for feedback but it's reality you have to accept it. I would definitely not recommend anyone to tried these type of...

A nice place to dance but very pathetic quality of food and service. This night gone there along huge family. Beef Seekh kababs were black over cooked and like burnt. Mutton was semi cooked tasteless and giving very bad smell. Roti and naans were not served very late and not along with other curry & food. Overall food was cold and not fresh.. Food was not distributed evenly before the guests specially main guests the wedded couple. Overall a very bad experience. Would never visit again nor would recommend it to others. Very much repenting upon this bad experience. Amazingly Gourmet Faisal Town Branch always serves fresh hot delicious food since long long years. Very strange that same name of Restaurant but so tasteless quality of food in Gulberg area. We can hardly give ONE STAR...
