A place whose concept I found quite beautiful and interesting, with a great view and surroundings. As for the food, I don’t think I ordered the best option—I had a chili hotdog, which I do not recommend at all, but that’s understandable given how cheap it was. However, I think the presentation of the dish didn’t reflect any cost; I’m not even going to upload the photo because I believe it might have just been a lack of attention when serving it. What disappointed me the most was the customer service. The waiters didn’t smile and didn’t give you the warmth there should be in a tourist spot like Boquete. I don't think you're going to do any better than Dale Pues when it comes to cheap drinks and food. This is the perfect spot to indulge on a variety of late night bar food and cocktails even your brokest friends could afford. The service, however, leaves much to be desired. Perhaps it may vary depending on when you go but I can see why other reviewers were unimpressed. Servers were fairly inattentive and failed to bring a menu item I ordered even after I reminded them about it, but at least the food we received was better than expected. This was exactly as advertised and we got what we expected! Great prices, small but decent quality food, and cheap beer/liquor/cocktails.
