This place makes a good pizza. The dough was a nice mix between tender inside and crispy on the outside (this was a reheated piece they had on display, I suppose the fresh pizza out of the oven has a more supple dough). Not too much tomato on it (which is a common mistake) and the cheese was a good mozzarella. Little flavor but nice and gooey. The pepperoni sausage slices were thin and few. The pizza had no oregano on it but oregano is being offered on the side. First time I see this. I consider this a mistake as the oregano's flavor is brought out by the heat in the oven much better than by the residual heat of the cheese.
