Worst attention to client. When we got there they didn’t even greet or smile just asked for our order. I ordered cappuccino they gave us coffee with milk. The iced chai latte they gave us iced coffee. When I went back to ask for our money back the lady just looked at me without saying anything and continued to prepare the order, even though I said I was in a hurry. The experience was perfect and set this location apart from those in Panama City. I visited 2 weeks ago and Aldo gave us exceptional customer service. I ordered a pour over geisha and a breakfast burrito. This is the only Unidos, of the 5 I visited that brought the ground bean over so I can smell the fruity aroma.
