AWESOME FOOD (small portions) but sooooo worth it! Everything we had tonight was incredible--Marula was definitely the highlight of our trip (even over the Brazilian steakhouse we had in Rio).
Our server, Eric was on point and made fantastic recommendations. They speak Spanish & English well here.
The Cerviche is WORTH IT! I don't like Cerviche with cucumbers and thankfully they do not use any--such a good appetizer.
The Covio con salsa en mente was such a a wonderful mixture of flavors: seared Covio, Passion Fruit, and snow peas. Loved it!
The Chocolate y Texturas was a medley of different items exactly as the name implies. I loved all of it!
At the end, Eric brought a new dessert that wasn't even on the menu yet. Top-notch service all night!

Read moreCame here for lunch with my gf and enjoyed a great meal with great taste and fantastic service. The overall feel of the place has a classic modern feel to it. Our server, Angel, was very knowledgeable on the dishes of the house and provided great recommendations. Excellent!
The tuna tartar was a great starter, followed by the "Brisket with Pure de Otoe," and the "Porkbelly Vietnamita" as the main dishes. We wrapped everything up with a cheese cake.
The presentation of the food was spectacular. If I had to choose my favorite dishes, the Tuna Tartar and the Porkbelly dish. The brisket was good, just a slightly salted but not unbearable. Located in the historic district of Panama on the 3rd level of @casacasco which is a Club-Disco and terrace housing three different fabulous restaurants to choose from and enjoy a night out in the lovely city.
Pictured above is the Cobia Ceviche which consists of Lychee, corn and lemon then filled with a foamy Leche de tigre which really brings it all together. 🙌
I also has the Taco Tacos which are octopus and pineapple tacos that come with soy and jalapeños which was truly a combination I never knew I needed. 😅👌
