I went to this restaurant several times and each time they had great steaks, decent cocktails and the service was very good. During my last visit, thought, the cocktails were warm and the service was below average. They went twice to bring English menu for my wife and never came back with it (or without it). Then they didn't bring the free fried yucas before the steak - but later brought two of them, after my wife had decided to just order it, giving up waiting for the free ones. Nevertheless, upon paying the bill I asked the waiter to include 10% tip - to which he answered that it wasn't currently possible to pay the tip with a card. I thought it was weird, because why wouldn't it be possible, but didn't question it and just said 'no problem, then I'll leave the tip in cash'. Then I scanned my card for whatever amount he entered and left him extra $10 in cash. And everything would have been good, if not for the fact that after coming back home and checking my card's logs, it became apparent that the card payment did include the 10% tip. I couldn't care less for the $10 overcharge, but the way I was made to double tip for a below average service left quite an...

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that service was not a priority. The staff seemed more interested in capturing TikTok-worthy moments than actually attending to customers. At one point, we waited nearly 20 minutes just to place our order while the servers were busy filming a cocktail being poured in slow motion.
The food itself? Completely average. Nothing was bad, but nothing was memorable either—definitely not worth the premium prices. Portions were small, flavors were forgettable, and the presentation, while clearly designed for social media, didn’t make up for the lack of substance.
If you’re looking for an overpriced meal with constant interruptions from staff filming for Instagram, this is the place. If you prefer good food and actual service, I’d suggest...
Read moreI ate breakfast here because I am staying at this hotel, and the food was overpriced for what it was, but it did taste good. The service was horrible, and a tip was added to my bill without asking. I would not eat here again because there are much better options in the area. I had to get up and find the waitress every time I needed something: to get the menu, order my food, and pay, and other than bringing the food, I never saw her at my table. It is worth noting that I was the only person in the restaurant at this time, and every time I got up to find the waitress she was either scrolling on her phone or talking to another worker. At the end of the meal, she helped herself to a tip on my card without asking, which was not earned and was never agreed to. I paid over $25 for this very basic breakfast and...
