We ordered lasagna for our main and received spaghetti Bolognese. When we complained the waiter Ronnie apologised, took it away and put it in a cupboard? He then came back and said the mistake wasn't his, he had put in the right order but that there was no lasagna (despite the person next to us eating it). Whether he was lying or the chef took it upon themselves to change our order is unknown but we were not impressed. Completely unacceptable for the prices...
