As someone who grew up with Korean food at home, visiting K-Food was a great way to satisfy my cravings for comfort food. Their menu isn’t anything particularly unique, but it doesn’t need to be. This place is a great example of simple things done well.
The ramen includes classics like Shin and Neoguri, cooked with egg and presented nicely, offering an elevated version of the meal you might make at home. They also have many staples of Korean cuisine, and we ordered several of them, including kimchi fried rice, spicy pork belly (served with fresh lettuce for wrapping), and kimchi stew.
I was really happy with how clean the restaurant was, how friendly the staff were, and how quickly the food was prepared. Sometimes, a good meal is all it takes to ease that craving for home when you're far away.
K-Food is doing a great job. If you've ever wanted to try Korean food and you're visiting the lovely city of Cusco, why not give it a go? It's an unbeatable...
Read moreWOW! This REALLY satisfied our cravings for Asian/Korean food! Our first time here and the sweet soy wings were actually SO GOOD, so juicy and crunchy and perfect balance of sweet and savoury! We no joke had to change our order from 8 to 12 pieces right away! Further, we are NOT even exaggerating when we say the japchae was better than some we had in Seoul, really flavoursome and great big portion! The banchan is not as amazing but free to refill and good enough to round out this exceptional meal! They’re not cheap but blown away by the quality of the food!!!
Also great friendly, attentive service in a setting that’s casual and relaxed. These guys clearly know what they’re doing and we are very impressed by their authenticity given our Asian palettes! They also have a small store inside where they sell drinks and noodles, obviously we got some ramen for later. Highly...
Read moreI was pleasantly surprised! When my friends told me that there was a new Korean restaurant, I knew I had to go. I looooove Korean food and KFood hit the spot! Seriously. It was really good, I enjoyed it so much. The Bibimbap was fresh and tasty, the Tuna Kimbap was quite good as well (not my favorite and also, I was confused as to why it was more expensive than a Bulgogi Kimbap??? Like...it's tuna fish. But hey. It was yummy.) We also ordered a Seafood Ramen. I didn't taste it but my dad liked it, so I assume it was good. The spicy fried chicken was to die for!!! It was so cripsy and delectable. I licked my fingers because it was so good. Anyway, yeah! Check it out! I'm definitely going...
