I honestly don’t like to leave bad review and vibes but I have to warn you : I went yesterday to this place for dinner with a friend as it has gf and vegan options. I‘ve ordered a gf vegan pizza from their vegan pizzas list (!) and the women running the place was extremely unfriendly and told me 3 times in my face that I am complicated. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome, but I understand she might have had a long day. I went over to her to say that I‘m sorry to complicate things but I have allergies and choose the place as it announces „glutenfree vegan ä“ options at the door. She shook her head and went off saying „complicated“. The pizza waiting time took over 1 hour in an empty restaurant. She didn’t bring us plates for pizza, neither napkins, nor cutlery or olive oil even after we asked for. The pizza per se was ok, but with wrong ingredients - vegan cheese ( that was charged extra of course) instead of pesto from menu descriptions. We just let it be as the dinner was already ruined. At the end of the supper she came over to complain about people who walked in and left because of the smoke in the pizzeria. „Complicated people“ she said again to us about them. Why to work in hospitality with such an attitude? Even tough the place is OK, I‘ll NEVER come back and wouldn’t reccomend it

GO HERE IF YOU ARE GLUTEN FREE! We originally found this place through Google search looking for places that had gluten free food as we had really struggled in Peru up to that point. They have the loveliest owner who is extremely attentive and friendly and a menu that has more gluten free options than non gluten free, and it all tastes amazing!! We were in Cusco for 2 weeks and ended up visiting at least 9 times, a combination of dining in and ordering takeaway. They have gluten free: Pizzas Calzones Empanadas Lasagne Waffles Beer One of our favourite places in the whole of South America and great value for money. A lovely cosy atmosphere and It never felt like we were eating a cheap gluten free option that was thrown together but instead every dish was incredible and made with care. Please go and visit this restaurant whether you are gluten free or not , you won’t be disappointed!

This place is an absolute Must! We went there after another dinner place nearby closed early. It was a perfect surprise. It’s run by a couple and their daughter! Perfect family feel! They were so accommodating and it seems like it’s impossible to find good Vegan Pizza anywhere. The pizza was soooo good you couldn’t even tell it was plant based! The foooood was incredible we also had the lasagna which came in a huge helping. I can’t even tell you how delicious this place is and everything is made fresh! I wish we had this place down the street from where we live because I would eat it everyday. Thanks again for the best food experience we had in Cusco! We’ll definitely be back.

I arrived at my hotel Antigua Casona San Blas at 10pm on a rainy day. We had spent the whole day visiting Machu Picchu. The return train was delayed and hence we arrived pretty late at this new place. After checking in, the hotel's restaurant had closed at 10pm. I got an umbrella and walked along the narrow road outside the hotel looking for anyplace with food. NaturAle Cusco was open and there were people inside the restaurant and they were cheering the Peru's National football team game versus Chile on TV. I walked into the restaurant and was promptly attended to by an elderly lady whom I suspect is the owner. Before I could turn on Google translate to Spanish, she kindly offered me the menu in English. I ordered a large meat pizza and 2 chicken soups to takeaway. By the time my order was ready, all of the guests had left the place and she was getting ready to close the shop. She asked me where my hotel was. As it was about 100m away, she kindly asked one of her family members or workers to help me carry my food to my hotel as I was using an umbrella and could not use both hands to carry them. I am really touched by this kind gesture to a stranger from a far away land. Btw, the food...

We really appreciate that they serve both vegan and gluten free pizza!! But with that being said, we went twice and will absolutely not be be going back. The first time was okay, our server (who may be the owner) was not friendly at all and came of kind of rude. The pizza was pretty good though. I loved their pesto sauce. The second time was a bad experience. The same woman was incredibly rude to us. Our two small pizzas took well over one hour. We finally got the pizza- it was a vegan on regular crust. It wasn’t even cooked all the way, was raw in the middle. We didn’t return it because we had already waited for so long. The second time we tried a kombucha too that tasted solely like apple cider vinegar. We don’t typically like to leave bad reviews but after our second experience, we felt compelled to. It’s bad enough when the food takes excessively long, but then to have rude staff on top of it! Umm no thank you. We didn’t go out to eat to deal with a rude server and eat undercooked food. I don’t recommend going here unless you want mediocre pizza with bad service. This sounds harsh...
