Cebicheria Bolichera 2335 — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Honestly one of my best dining experiences in Peru, both in food quality and service. Louis/Luis was very accomodating for my food restrictions and very attentive with service.

The food was a whole other level.

I had a sampler and whoa, everything was so good and so different that I had no idea what I was doing. Rice con mariscos, excellent flavor profile and freshness. Ceviche, extremely flavorful. Cracked fish, well fried, but not overdone. Whoever is cooking back there knows what they are doing and I would highly recommend this...

Good food and excellent service. We loved the waiters' vibe as soon as we arrived to the restaurant. They were all very attentive and quick to help and receive your order. The atmosphere is nice and the food was surprisingly good. The sauces such as, tártara sauce and ají limo were good too - a great complement for the fried fish and rice dishes. They give complementary treats both at the beginning and end of the meal. The last one is really good, which is a shot of alcohol. Highly recommended. Good service from Luis...

Fantastic food and even better personnel! We were welcomed so warmely and had the best Ceviche in Peru. So we decided to come Back again after a 3-week-vacation through the country and the crew recognized us again - that's incredible (we got also some extra snacks gifted by the chef himself)! Thank you for the delicious food, we absolutely enjoyed our two visits at your restaurant....
