Food Town Restaurant — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Very bad experience in this restaurant: the food and the service were both terrible. No one tried to speak English and they even seemed to take pleasure in our incapacity to communicate with them.

We waited for the drink to be transferred from the bar to our table for 10minutes untill I had to personally request it to the bartender.

The starter was a frozen dumpling that I would not have given to my dog. The waiter refused to replace this salvage dish to another one. Then he finally came back with spring rolls. This second starter just added an another layer of disappointment: again orecooky food...

Finally the lemon chicken was a disgusting de-frozen and too cooked schnitzel that was swimming in a fatty buttery industrial sauce. We couldn't eat it neither.

As a conclusion this place is a scam since they claim on their menu that everything is cooked fresh and locally. Their arrogant business rely on the churn...

Bad service while there are super slow. The food comes before the drinks what leads to precooked food, what is not surprising by the taste. Additionally you will suffer twice from the food in the bathroom.

Food poisson and stomage pain was the outcome.

I regret to have gone there but the most restaurants where closed because it was already 9pm but I will definitely make a better...

PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Fuimos por mi cumpleaños, éramos 15 personas. Llegamos a la 1pm, y para comenzar, nadie nos atendía, luego de 10 minutos recién se acercó una mesera porque tuvimos que llamarla. Apenas llegó nos dijo que demoraría 15 minutos en llegar los platos, cosa que no nos pareció sin sentido y aceptamos. Primero, la entrada llegó a los 20 minutos, después el primer plato llegó a los 40 minutos y en ese momento recién me avisan que mi plato no lo iban a hacer y que lo cambie a otro. Después una hora llegan los platos de mis acompañantes y finalmente a la hora y media llegó mi plato… osea terminé almorzando a las 2:40pm aproximadamente, con hambre y sin invitados, porque se tuvieron que ir porque hay que trabajar… Respecto a la comida es agradable, no es WOW ni fea, pero por ese tiempo de espera NO VALE LA PENA PARA NADA. CONCLUSIÓN: si quieres PERDER TU TIEMPO y pasar un MAL RATO, en este restaurante son especialistas...
