Guys, I don’t enjoy to leave negative reviews, but after traveling for the past 5 years and dining in countless places this was unfortunate one I’ve been traveling around the world and this restaurant has the most disappointing service experience I’ve had.

The cocktails were okay - nothing special, though we ordered Pisco Sour Cathedral expecting something special. They ranged from average to decent. But the service completely overshadowed the drinks. Some waiter Julian or Juan (whatever) accused us of taking up the dirty table, when actually the other water seated us. However he refused to take our order until the table was clean. If it was up to me I wouldn’t even seat at the dirty table.

What could’ve been a pleasant visit was completely soured by the staff’s attitude. Wouldn’t recommend it based on...

Although the pisco sour was not invented at this hotel bar, it gained popularity here. We sampled both the classic and passion fruit varieties and preferred the classic because it was not overly sweet. While I wouldn't label it as the best pisco sour I've ever had, the atmosphere was pleasant for savoring the drink after a walking tour in the Centroid area. The service was attentive, and complimentary water and ice were provided...

If your visiting Lima from the US or Europe then your going to love the exchange rate. I think I paid $15 for an amazing dinner with drinks here. Service was very quick and pleasant. And they have a massive pisco sour called the Cathedral. This is the perfect place to start your Peruvian adventure. PS try the scallops.
