Lucio Caffé Larcomar — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

When visiting from New York with my brother and my nephews we couldn’t decide what to eat since we all wanted differently things. We ended up getting food from one restaurant and bringing it to Lucio so we can all eat together. The waitress said we couldn’t bring food from other restaurants which we understood, my brother took one of my nephews out with his food and I stayed with my 10 year old nephew to eat. Unfortunately the waitresses ignored us for about 20 minutes, we sat there looking around and no one approached us they just kept walking around us like we weren’t even there. I finally reached out to one of the waitresses and she said in a surprised voice, oh, nobody took your order? I got up and took my nephew to another spot and I told her it was a horrible service. My wife and I visited this afternoon planning to have a sandwich and coffee while walking around the mall. Our waitress, I believe named Lucero, was extremely rude, blatantly rolling her eyes at my wife while she was taking a moment to pick what she wanted. Needless to say we did not order food and just and coffee and lemonade and left. My wife is Peruvian, so it's not a matter of her being a foreigner. Not a great experience at all, and the coffee and lemonade...

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I was robbed inside this restaurant on September 21st at the Larcomar unit in Miraflores. While I was sitting inside, someone took my backpack without me noticing. My documents and bank cards were inside, and several fraudulent transactions were made shortly after.

The restaurant had security cameras, but they refused to provide any support, didn’t give me access to the footage, and never replied to my messages. They showed no concern for what happened.

Be very careful when visiting this place.

Fui víctima de un robo dentro de este restaurante el 21 de septiembre en la sucursal de Larcomar, en Miraflores. Mientras estaba sentada adentro, alguien se llevó mi mochila sin que me diera cuenta. Dentro estaban mis documentos y tarjetas bancarias, que luego fueron usadas para realizar varias compras fraudulentas.

El restaurante tenía cámaras de seguridad, pero se negaron a darme cualquier tipo de apoyo, no me permitieron acceder a las grabaciones y nunca respondieron a mis mensajes. No mostraron ninguna preocupación por lo ocurrido.
