McDonald's — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Minimal training of staff, who are nice but sluggish at best. Certainly NOT the "gringo" version of this restaurant. Serving food hot is optional and accidental in Peru. Be prepared to be served many things tepid. You might think French Fries need to be hot, but no, not here. This and all other McDonald's' in Peru never got the memo concerning the importance of serving their items hot.

Retarded management knows they can hire these employees at about $1 per hour so they flood the zone with crew. Yet they are always "in the weeds". Corporate doesn't seem to mind or care about this market too much, that is, they threw all restaurant concepts overboard when the sleek marketing metrics arrived. Why care about product quality when you can quickly determine which ad campaigns are driving eaters into the shop?

Sluggish, tepid, and sometimes alarmingly unfresh. Brace yourself. Open 24 hours! Prices are about what you would expect, but a VERY limited...

I recently visited McDonald's and was immediately impressed by how nice and clean the building was. It made for a very pleasant environment.

I chose to use the self-order device, which initially had an English menu. However, after selecting my meal and drink, the screen automatically switched to Spanish for the subsequent steps (customization and payment). While I managed to complete the order, this automatic language change was unexpected and a little inconvenient.

A great feature of this location is the separate ice cream section. I ordered both a coffee and an ice cream. The coffee was fine, but unfortunately, the ice cream was not good. It looked really icy and had a strange, sourish taste. I was disappointed with the quality of the ice cream.

Overall, great facilities and a clean environment, but the self-order language glitch and the poor-tasting ice cream could use...

I have been in a couple of McDonald's in another places recently and it seems like they have improved the quality standards overall This specific restaurant looks very modern, I don't know if it has been renovated recently but it looks really nice inside There are screens near the entrance where you can order your meal or go straight to the register and pick from the menu on the wall I paid 2 euros for a big Mac and it was good actually. Fries were crunchy and the staff spoke English and was helpful The inside was well illuminated and look spacious The bathroom would have been a little bit more wiped.
