The general concept of this restaurant is innovative. The wine dispensers are new to Peru but not to other countries. The majority of wines are Argentinian with very few from Europe, i.e. France, Italy, Spain. The restaurant manager, who also acts as sommelier was very friendly and willing to provide advise about the wine offering. At the table service is slow, not too professional, the check took forever to come. It surprised me that a japanese-oriented restaurant doesn't have wasabi. The menu is limited but it suffice. The ambiance and decoration is ok. More care must be taken with the tables and chairs because they're white (cebichería-like) and their legs are noticeable dirty. The food was amazing. Had to repeat the dishes twice because once did not do it justice. I recommend this place. The place is nice for a date or jut hanging out with friends.
