TGI Fridays — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

I'm eating in this place right now at the bar like I did over a week ago and was served by the same guy Mario, you'll recognize him by short cut hair and his douchy rat tail in the back. Anyway the first time service was bad second time it was worse. It took him way too long for everything: to take my food order, to get me my second drink, to take my plate away and he never asked me if I needed anything else I was always waving him down. The worst thing was with my drink way in front of me (the universal sign of a refill) he did not notice b/c he was busy emptying & counting the tip jar, I've eaten in several TGI's in the U.S. and abroad and have never seen that. I felt like ordering another drink but decided against cause I felt they got enough of my money with lousy service. I can't speak on the table service b/c I never used them but both times I went the entire place especially the bar was never so full that it would warrant such horrible service. There are plenty of other choices in Larcomar and I will go to them all five times over before I consider TGIF Fridays Larcomar again. Only bright spot is that i got see the Warriors win...

My amigo and I were hungry and went to have dinner there, for the first time. We had a table with a great view. He ordered pasta. I ordered a filet mignon. We also ordered drinks. But the young man who took our orders did not bother to write it down. My steak was supposed to be medium-well but it came medium-rare, bloody. He blamed the kitchen for this, so I sent it back but it arrived again almost well done. My friend had already finished his meal by then. This spoiled our whole dinner mood. The manager came and apologized. She did not charge for my steak 🥩 so at least she knew what to do. The food and ambience are pretty good actually. Service staff should really pull up...

I’m a avid TGI Fridays lover. But as an American I can 100% say this isn’t the experience we should be providing to the rest of the world. The main course meals were revived first before the appetizers and even then we had to wait another 20 min to receive the rest of the food after the fact. The service was terrible as our server did not apologize for the inconvenience. Lastly the food was horrible, nothing like how Fridays should taste like. Lacked flavor and meat was extremely tough and chewy. Only nice thing I can say is that the view of the ocean is great. Com on Fridays step up your game. This is why revenues are down. I...
