Café Cola'o — Restaurant in Paracas

Amazing. What a cute small place with delicious food. We came for breakfast and I tried an Arepa for the first time, and my boyfriend got an empanada (both con carne). Both were absolutely delicious. So delicious, that my boyfriend ordered a 2nd Arepa. We have never had arepas before, so we could not know what we are talking about. But either way it was amazing. The sauces that came with the empanada were great and we added them to the arepas. Coffee was good too! Boyfriend got a latte and really enjoyed it. The only thing I don't like is that we didn't find this place earlier. We had arepas both meat and vegetarian and paid for some extra vegetable and cheese and I asked if it's possible to make the coffee cold and was served a nice refreshing iced coffee.
