I just changed my 1 star review to a 3 star review. Here is the reason I gave a one start review before: I went there on a Saturday night for dinner. The place was empty. I was told the food they had was for someone who had booked the place. I felt their party was more important than my party. And that it was not good business to treat customers like that.
This is the reason I changed my review to 3 start: Although I was really upset about going all the way out there on a Saturday night to find that my party and I could not eat there, I do not have the heart to ruin the good ratings of this place. Business is difficult enough and I think Krishna's Palace is one of the better places to eat in Angeles City. One of the reason's I was so upset was that I like the place, and I didn't think it was right for them to turn away regular customers who have gone through the trouble to go there for dinner. We may have a difference of opinion on this, and they are entitled to run their business as they see fit. However, my rating will stand at 3 stars, as I still think they should have accommodated regular customers who would have opted to sit outside or something if they had an...

The place is like a house with neighbours (side by side).
Atmosphere is a little bit dark but colorful with posters related to India.
Staffs: lack of coordination. Lady staff is nice. The guy staff is a little bit confused.
Payment: Cash or GCash only. If you’ll pay using GCash, they will still ask for your number (which for me is questionable – data privacy) even they already took a photo of the reference number in your phone.
Food: Beef biryani was good, the beef was soft (3 small pcs only hehe).
Cheese and Garlic Naan were good with chicken curry (forgot the exact name in the menu). We ordered 3 set (cheese) but they only served half of it and by that, we still need to follow it up. The lady confirmed it’s already a set of 3 but it’s not. They gave the half of it after.
Buttered chicken curry was good (served in a small bowl).
Masala Tea is like normal tea with cinnamon. Good.
The pani poori was quite disappointing, served cold, not crunchy, kinda old, it was like it has been exposed in the kitchen for hours. 😔😔 We told the guy staff but didn’t hear a single...
Read moreA worn restaurant with fresh, authentic Indian food. We had Chicken Biryani and Palak Chicken. The palak was so good, a great dish. Chicken perfectly cut and trimmed, tender and tasty in the delightful spinach sauce. Sadly, the naan I ordered was very disappointing. Really just a tortilla with some butter brushed on it (1* for the naan.). And the biryani was good, but not as flavorful as my wife's. She fries the chicken pieces before assembling everything in layers. The chicken here wasn't fried, just stewed with the other ingredients. The rice was kinda meh too, not having a lot of flavor and with a dry texture. The restaurant itself is in a working-class neighborhood. Tables, chairs, etc., are basic and serviceable but you aren't going here for the atmosphere or the service. The two waitresses played videos non-stop once they took our order. An OK place with good...
