House of Chops-Baguio — Restaurant in Baguio

We ate Sunday lunch here, around 1245...all restos were full and we discovered this resto while hoping to get a table in another resto. Good choice for us 👍 we liked their pasta and the ribs...the family platter was actually big for us 5 even if we were hungry. Unless you are a rice person, you would enjoy their ribs and chicken tenders platter. Because of there were only 3 servers, for a family resto where each table has at least 5 people...service was a little slow. Otherwise, it was a nice place to try if you are...

It is one of the best restaurants you have to visit when in Baguio. Too bad I wasn't able to take a picture of food when served.

We reserved a table before going there. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by their accommodating staff. We were seated next to the glass window, and the view there was great.

We ordered a package, and part of it was the Beef belly. It was superb! 👍👍👍 My family loved it that we wanted to be back here. We were also surprised with their fast serving time....

Chops that disappoint you 🥩🔪

This chop house offers steak but didn't train their line cooks or commis chef how to cook it. They wasted 2 steaks easy. The first steak was too overcooked that it dried up & feels like a rubber when you chew it. Second steak was so undercooked that its still frozen in the middle. I hope the management gives a little reviewer to their kitchen staff. Retrain them. 😬
