Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Baguio Kisad — Restaurant in Baguio

Superb pizza. This was the day that my family and I had planned to go to Baguio it was February year 2022 and they are still very strict that time to allow visitors who have not registered online and they did not allow my family especially my aged mother to enter Baguio City, and I am the only one that have an appointment to get into Baguio City interior. So I drove myself up to PRC, the Google Map direction has directed me towards the street near to this Shakey's restaurant and I found it difficult to search for a decent parking space. Luckily I spotted this Shakey's parking area and I parked my SUV there, then I walked to search for the PRC building and I am really frustrated because the PRC building was so far away from where I parked. With a slopy road to negotiate and I need a thick face in asking where this PRC building is. Locals here are very helpful. Upon reaching the PRC building the security guard noticed that I was wearing a LA Lakers jersey without a jacket, so he told me to wear a jacket. Again I went back to Shakey's parking lot to get my jacket, OMG I was really tired that time, good thing the weather in Baguio was cold. After I got my PRC new License Card I walked back to Shakey's and as a gratitude to the free parking, I ordered Pizza and a Promo Card. It was an unforgettable experience. The service was not that of a high standard, considering restaurant must have a service quality aside from a good food that was served.

A week ago a our team visited the restaurant for a dinner meeting the staff wasn't that accommodating we waited number of minutes before we could get the menu and number of minutes again just to get the food served.

We understand that it was a busy night but considering that our team has seated for several minutes and waived for the staff to come over and get our order yet they haven't attended our request.

Again then we requested for the bill after the meal it took us several minutes. We almost called 4 staff to prepare the bill yet it wasn't attend.

The place/ the area is good is good the food is good but the service must have to compliment the good place...

This branch is located beside Baguio Burnham Suites and situated near the northwestern area of Burnham Park. Parking spaces are available at the front and right side. Dine-in space is big and they have flatscreen TVs inside.

For the family, we ordered the Monster Meal Deal and converted the Coca Cola sodas to Iced Tea. Carbonara was creamy, heavy, and salted just right. Classic Spaghetti was my favorite of the two pastas and I wanted it lighter on the tummy. Mojos were epic so it was no surprise they ran out quickly. Fried Chicken was best for its crunchy skin while I dunked the rest in gravy. Manager's Choice and Pepperoni Pizzas were also good but we had thin crust; I wanted more crust.
