PROS:|-Good location near city centre, everything is accessible by foot or by taxis|-Rooms are fairly new, clean, adequate supplies and comfortable||CONS:|THE STAFF HERE, PARTICULARLY THE FRONT DESK, ARE HORRIBLE…|All through out the stay they made us feel like we owe it to them, that we have been allowed to stay in their hotel… From check-in till check-out we were hoping for the warm hospitality we Filipinos are known for, but at this hotel NADA… |Since the beginning of our stay, we were the one to greet them first, and you could see the annoyance on their faces, whenever we ask questions or help…|They don’t have the initiative to greet you or even acknowledge your presence while passing by… We were not fully welcomed upon arrival and we didn’t even hear the words Thank You for staying with us upon departure… Its like settle your bill then just go…|They were more concerned if we could settle the bill…I think its not to much to ask, I can see that the hotel is not over booked and not quite busy, Front Desk staff even have the time to gossip and laugh at the counter…This is not to nit and pick, its a wake up call to the management to consider retraining your employees with regards to hospitality, you already have a great location and facility. Sadly it was ruined for us by the staff, where in they should be the heart...
Read moreWe had an overnight stay in this hotel and it was good. We booked the room with a balcony on a promo rate. The room is good for two but the 2 beds can accommodate 4. The room was big enough and it was clean. The linens were very clean, nice pillows, and clean bathrooms. Good wifi connections. It was also nice that hot and cold water dispenser is available just outside the rooms. Staffs were kind and pleasant. Upon checking in you have to sign some docs stating penalties for linen and bed stains and additional charge for extra hours. We are very careful while eating some take home foods but they were considerate of unintentional extra minutes or an hour. Their resto is just on the first floor in case you want to eat but lazy to venture outside. The hotel is walking distance to bus station, Session Road, SM, Burnham Park, and night market, so very easy if taxis are hard to find. Worth mentioning also is the outlet store at the ground floor of the hotel building that sells imported chocolates, goods, and other stuffs in discounted prices. Wasn't able to take some pics but overall we had a nice stay...
Read moreour reserved rooms were not properly endorsed by the assigned front desk staff in the morning shift. when we arrived around 9 in the evening, we were told to wait for almost two hours just so the keycards can be activated prior entering the room. this is total negligence that should never have happened when you're in the hotel business. apologies could not compensate for the trouble of missing hours of sleep just because the morning staff forgot to endorse our reservation to the next shift. we still paid for those hours we waited out when we're supposed to be resting right after a 5-hour drive from alabang. ||toiletries were incomplete. vanity kits are for sale, for pete's sake! waddahek! you still owed us!! ||food over breakfast tasted bland.||the function hall at the 6th floor smelled funny at noon. there was no AC unit to ventilate the audience. electric fans were not enough to balance out the humid air.||the saving grace? the wifi connection was...
