This place used to be our usual hangout place when we had enough allowance way back in college, when they still serve food in bento boxes and then never went back again bc life got busy.
Recently came back here twice: December — dined in for lunch with my officemate while we were out for our work errands. Although it may look "nice" for some, a young staff laughing at/with us and even gave an unsolicited remark as if he was a 'veeeery close friend' bc of our inside jokes while ordering (accidently uttered a wrong pronunciation) does not sit with us well. We didn't comment because it might offend him. The rest of the staff while we were eating kept on chitchatting and laughing very loudly as if no one was there! Regardless of how light the mood is, staff should still express professionalism.
Received the tiny receipt, sat, and checked my change bc I was already wondering when it was initially handed over. We rechecked and recomputed, only to see they punched wrong orders. They wouldn't be saying it if I didn't go back at the counter and informed them. "Ay ito yung mali kanina"-but I was back at the counter in no more than 2 minutes, so they were aware. It took me almost 5 minutes standing at the counter waiting for them 'recompute', watching the staff do whatever is their process before I receive the rest of my supposed change.
As a food establishment and food handlers, staff should practice proper sanitization at all times. The table nearest to the counter was literally full of papers and folders. A staff who looked like a team leader or so took so long fixing herself, doing makeup, combing and tying her hair, using the mirror facade, chitchatting with the counter personnel, all these while staff from the kitchen is in-an-out with a trays of orders.
January — do they want customers or is it becoming a standard office? Booths, tables, and chairs from whatever side is full of papers and folders, boxes, and stocks. This was early dinner time at only 6PM where groups of students were already rushing in.
They have a 2nd floor for them to designate all those stocks to begin with. But oh well.
Anyway, food is budget-friendly and ok, but if their surrounding keeps on looking like a warehouse, go find some other clean...

Read moreOkay so I didn’t eat here. I’ve lived in Baguio for 3 years and finally decided to try this place. So I looked at the menu and it looked okay with good prices, however the menu said all meat is cooked medium well. No other option. This really isn’t necessary for steak. Maybe ground beef, but not steak. I understand now why the reviews of the food are not great. But I decided to eat there anyway. I sat down and got comfortable and the waiter came over and said I had to go order at the counter like a fast food joint. Ridiculous. So I got up and left and certainly won’t return. Maybe I was being pretentious but i didn’t want a cafeteria style meal. With the medium well meat and having to get back up and order like I was at McDonalds that was two strikes against the restaurant. I wasn’t waiting for...
