Cedar Peak Baguio Condotel by Tripsters Hub — Hotel in Baguio

Great location. But poor customer service! Planned to stay for 2 nights, however on night 1, my room flooded and the Hotel Managment wouldn’t let me transfer to a different room or be refunded the difference to check out early.

The audacity to have me stay one more night in a flooded room is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I advice travelers to avoid this hotel, too many fees with bad service!!!!

Cons: -If you planned to check out early from your intended stay, you will not be refunded/compensated for leaving earlier than your planned extended stay! -No A/C in the living room except the bedroom -No screened windows to cool the living room, so had to deal with mosquitoes -Parking is mediocre, not enough parking! Stayed here just an overnight. Rooms were nice and comfy. Location was great since it's at the city center. But it wasn't just that comfortable though unlike on the other hotels in the area. Even though this is a newer establishment, I'd rather book a room in Prime hotel which is way more convenient, plus you get a free breakfast and the price is way cheaper. There is no bathroom tissue and soap in the other room. Their water heaters are much more complicated too making it harder to take a bath in this cold weather. Parking fee is 300 overnight. So, the verdict is... No, I won't book again...

Cedar Peak Condotel at Seaaion Road has poor security service. Their security guard who was on duty during the time we went there, night of July 11 2024 was not professional and accommodating. It seemed he has no training in hotel service. Very poor. The staff at theain lobby did not even ask if we were checking out. They just stared at customers having a hard time carrying luggages. Security guards were sitting on the stairs beside the door eating bread while customers were going in and out. The security guard was playing with his cellphone beside the lobby desk. Very very...
