The products are really good. However, what made me choose 1 star (HATED IT) is because of the customer service. Me and my friend entered the bakery around 7PM, I noticed that the staffs already turned other lights off and they were all busy doing their stuffs. The trays were no longer on the usual place, it was all on the counter already. Since there are no trays they did not even bother to offer one or a bag to put on the products that I am going to purchase. So I asked the lady to give me a paper bag, at first she opened the bag for me to easily put the bread in. I asked again for another bag, she looked at me like she is doing some kind of a favor and did not opened the bag anymore taking consideration that I have something on my other hand. (Duh!), Anyway, when I was at the counter, There was nothing to put the tong so I placed it beside the table near the counter, I was asking her where I could place the tong, she did'nt replied and continued to chit chat with the other staffs there, so I decided to leave the tong beside the counter. She saw what I did and looked at me like I did a crime. Then she said something that the other staff understood and commented on their own language (So RUDE!). They were all rushing and like pissed off face if some one comes in. I was really aggravated and nearly looked for a supervisor, If I wasnt going somewhere else that time I would. I checked the poster outside and the closing time is 7:30PM. They are letting the customer feels that they wanna go home and not to bother them. I was really disappointed. It was do unprofessional. Because of what happened I wont recommend this bakery anymore even if the products are good. There are a lot of quality products and service at the same time and cheaper in Baguio.than...

My Honest Opinion 100% True, the Cream Puffs look amazing but never judge by a book by it's cover, I hate their Winter melon the Milk Tea Inspired Flavored Cream Puffs, kase when I tasted it it tasted like a Spoiled Milk Tea and Milk it's Disgusting the texture and Dripping 😔 I reccomend Chocolate and Ube only since yun lang ang medyo ok I also bought Yesterday their Vanilla Custard Cream Puffs and it hasn't been a Day as in ngayon ko ka lang kinain ulit at may tira since dami kong binili kahapon anyways I stored it properly.. And when I opened the container I stored into, it already smelled bad but when I tasted it, It Was Horrible bread on base taste spoiled and the Vanilla Custard Filling too all was spoiled I think their Cream Puffs are not Quality ones since they easily become spoiled even if you stored it properly, Some of the Flavors of their Cream Puffs I don't really like 😔 It's Really Disgusting, Soggy, My Honest Opinion 100% here based from what I experienced.. I think I'm gonna be sick 🤔🤮 because it's really disgusting... And when it comes to pastry please do make the compatible flavor and taste it first, I absolutely hate their Milk Tea Tasted Cream Puffs even if they're not spoiled they do taste spoiled and disgusting!🤢 I bought it on Tiongsan La Trinidad It gross. Oh well mine, I Throw it on garbage since I don't want us to get poison with those Spoiled Cream Puffs, Filling and Bread it...

No senior discount, they say only on bread products. I defer to lawyers and DTI to argue whether these are indeed bread products and if discounts are applicable.

Main product-cream puff-feels overpriced (even with labor and electricity cost) so I believe govt-mandated discounts should never be a problem. Two staff at the end-of-line only wrapping orders but misplaced many, losing valuable minutes of everybody. I guess "division of labor" failed on this one. But kudos maybe they needed a break and the onslaught of customers prevent that from happening.

The supposed-to-be-valuable patrons/ customers line up along the wall like about to be subject to firing squad. The whole bakery is small/cramped which is part of a building with same name as the bakery. Maybe we should all stop patronizing this bakery and make them return to being small. Let us stop fearing missing out and skip this one, and our bodies, esp our hearts, will thank us.

Owners are too lazy to do something to enhance their customers experience, possibly profit-oriented...

If you come from Session Road, lined up with a lot of branded and popular resto and bakeshops, you will be awed when you enter Victoria Bakery in Mabini street. The place is really unlike every stall you passed by. It feels like you are inside a five star hotel bakeshop. The place looks new, clean, and very brightly lighted. The line of customers gives you the idea which product their bestsellers are. I got what i needed and was not disappointed by the flavor and quality. Though prices are affordable, you tend to spend more here because the display is very inviting; so practice self-control😄 Regarding the well reviewed cream puff, i was also pleased with my purchase. The filling is not overly sweet. It keeps well inside the ref even after traveling back to Manila. The filling did not seep into the pastry; it is still fresh and not too thick. They’re still ok in 2 days refrigerated; and good as cold dessert. I’m glad i took the risk😃

We got the Original and Strawberry Cream Puff as baon on our way home and it was good for its price. I like the strawberry better but the original's custard filling is good too. They also offer a huge variety of baked goods but I wasn't able to take a photo. We went to the store on a Sunday around 11am and it was swarming with tourists getting their breads and pastries for pasalubong. The queue moves very slowly because despite having a lot of staff behind the counter and at the packing station, some of them are actually not fully utilized. Also, the line for buying cream puffs and for paying for the breads you took from the displays are the same so i think that also causes some delay.

My friend mentioned that they liked the pastries at Victoria Bakery, especially the crème puff. Honestly, we didn’t know the exact location, and I had never been to this shop before. By accident, we found it when I made a wrong turn while following Google Maps. True enough, they have a wide variety of pastries, and above all, everything is very affordable. They also offer dine-in options and serve coffee. I’ll definitely go back to try their coffee products! The vibes are so inviting, with poinsettia plants that perfectly complement the cold and festive Christmas atmosphere.
