The place is running under staff due to covid restrictions and protocols. Expect a long line though our waiting time was around 10-20mins, in which we were there around 3:30pm. When you have your able another round of waiting to take your order, deliver your order, ask for check to pay and wait for your change. Mainly (i think) is because they are under staff. I saw two trainee and three regular staff. I assume this because both trainee were wearing white shirt while the staffs are wearing their brown uniform. Funny enough, in order to address their alcknof staff. The guard is already the "floor manager" 😎😎😎😎 mainly, she manages the waiting line - then assign them to their tablres. She also cleans the table in order to have the rest of the customers in queue have table to eat. Then twice i saw she took order from the customers. It did not stop there 😁😁😁😁 she also gave the bill to a few customers 😂😂😂😂 kudos to the management of the place for planning their staffing and day to day operations (i meant it in a sarcastic way, in case you didn't get it 😉😉😉😉). Now lets go to the food. Cakes are delicious. They are not that usually sweet. Which is very good to my taste and my health (hint: i have sugar intolerance 😋😋😋😋). Garlic and sun dried tomato pasta smells and taste perfect 🤤🤤🤤🤤. I would come back to this place and hopefully by then, the management may have planned and executed well their daily staffing amd operation. Enjoy their cakes and other menus...

Wanted to dine in last January 4, and in their poster it said they close at 11PM. Arrived at 10PM, asked them what time theur cut-off was and a server told me it was 10:30PM.

We were seated, given a menu and ordered two rice meals, a drink and some soup. A few minutes later server said one of our order “caldereta” was not available so we changed it into a different one. Around 10:19PM, the same server came back saying “hindi na po pala pwede rice meals, cut off na po.” I told him “pinaupo niyo kami and told us 10:30PM ang cut off.” So he went to “check” again, came back at 10:23PM saying “wala na po talaga, di ko rin napansin,” without any apology. Umalis pa siya agad.

I really wanted to talk to a manager that time and ask what they meant with “cut-off” and taking rice meals orders, even saying one dish was not available and then later saying every rice meal was not available dahil “cut-off” na at 10:19PM.

Went ahead to message their page, was seenzoned. Waste of time.

Disappointed because I really like their food, which was my go to when I was in college - couldn’t really reflect that on this rating since I was not able to eat.

This was a second incident of bad service and customer...

Went there for dessert. Coffee was nothing special. The strawberry shortcake was ok, not too sweet and it's creamy and fluffy like I prefer, only that the strawberries on top were half ripe that makes them sour and not sweet to eat.

On the menu for coffee, you can choose the sugar content. I chose "medium", (from the choices of 'none, low, medium, high") and they gave me a sachet of Splenda! I wanted to tell the waiter to give me simple brown sugar instead but he left right away. And there were no other staff in sight since the resto was quite crowded at that time. Being used to only using muscovado sugar, coconut sugar and honey, I couldn't deal with the purely artificial taste of Splenda so I ended up not finishing my coffee. Why would you serve Splenda, because it's cheap and convenient? You should give customers choice of the kind of sugar too, or ask them if just artificial sweetener like Splenda is ok. They don't seem to care about customers' health.

I initially ordered iced latte but the waiter said all latte were not available, whether iced or hot. The food servers appear to be unapproachable and unhappy with their jobs, they looked and sounded bored and just going through...

This is located along Session Road lined up with the city's best kept restaurants. Never leave Baguio without a taste of Vizco's Strawberry Shortcake. The combination of the glazed fruits and moist strawberry chiffon is worth the hype. It's so good you would want it for your birthday. Cakes are all reasonably priced; actual rates may vary: • Slice of Strawberry Shortcake costs Php80 • 6" Small Round Cake at Php 375 • 8" Medium Round Cake at Php 610 • 10" Large Cake at Php 1065 • 10x14 Cake at Php 1950 • 12x16 Cake at Php2 800 Tried a variety of slices including Lemon Torte, Ube Cake, and Carrot Cake paired up with brewed coffee. Whether you're going for a dessert of full meal, they also serve rice meals, salads, pizza, and pasta. Went here after dinner so I asked the best-sellers instead. According to the staff, ribs and tapa is also a crowd favorite. Service is pretty fast despite the number of customers. They also have a branch in Camp John Hay. I brought home a whole round cake and it survive the 5-hour drive to Manila but we have to finish it the same day to keep the freshness.

👎👎👎 Cake is too sweet (got the macarons strawberry) Experience & Service — Shameful/Very poor. Mostly food in the menu is not available. The waiter got our order 4x, and went back to us 3x telling us that what we chose is sold out. (Why not tell right away what is not available, right?) That is after 20mins of waiting before being seated, 10mins before getting the table cleanedup and before our 1st order was taken. They are not using tray to serve, but only their hands touching the plate. =So you have to explicitly ask even before being seated if what’s on the menu is available.= Food—2.5 — CHICKEN BAKED PENNE is too maasim. Not seen any chicken at all. Cheese tasted old. PESTO PASTA’s cheese tasted old too. Place —1/5. The staff are not so hygienic. There is this Authorized Only place upstairs beside the kitchen that people keeps on going in & out. It looks like a sleeping quarter (or an office??) Overall— 1/5 Might not go back, even if location is just in session road & sikat. It’s OVERRATED.
