At Bigby's, you can have a food-venture experience that would take you to different international cuisines around the world. From the ambiance of the place, to the taste of the dish in your mouth, and with a great customer service, Bigby's is one of the best restaurants here in Cebu.

Just a little history, Bigby's actually originated in Cagayan de Oro. This one in Ayala is the first branch here in Cebu. Since then, Bigby's have become a big hit in Cebuano taste.

They have a big, thick book for a menu, emphasizing how extensive it is. It is divided into five sections. The “Taste Teasers” is probably their appetizer section which includes Tijuana Quesadillas, Viva Las Gambas which is a shrimp based meal with flavorings, and the famous CDO Sinuglaw.

They also have a few selections in their “Pasta” section such as Creole Pasta and Grilled Chicken Carbonara but most of these aren't there best-sellers. Most diners seems to prefer their “Sandwiches” as most of the items are best-sellers.

I'm not so sure what's “Mom's Corner” all about, but I once tried a meal on this section called, Passion Fish and it is a must try. I like how the fish meat somehow melts inside your mouth yet still retains the feel of its crisps. It comes with garlic mayo to compliment its flavors.

Last but not the least is their famous “Home Style Grill” section which includes their famous Rack-a-bye Baby! It's a finger-licking meal of premium cut...

My first impression of this Bigby's branch was great. It was my first time visiting, but it immediately felt like a place that could easily become my go-to restaurant when in the area.

The menu is excellent, with a wide range of options that cater to all tastes and dietary preferences. What's even more surprising is that the prices are not as high as you might expect from a restaurant of this quality.

Brother finally able to travel to Cebu after the long quarantine and wanted to have dinner with cousins. I chose/reserved a place where I know that food is delicious and instagramable 😉, can seat at least 20 people where we can have partial privacy and give fast and efficient service . Did not disappoint. Though several dishes we ordered were not available, and the place was full 30 minutes after we arrived, note that this was a Thursday night and not a payday, so the staff was a bit overwhelmed.
