Bo's Coffee — Restaurant in Cebu City

Had a bad experience. I went here with a friend and ordered 2 drinks. 1 apple cinnamon coffee and 1 matcha latte. There were around 3 other customers after I ordered. Around 30 mins go by, our drinks weren't ready yet. We noticed that the 3 customers after us had their drinks already and left. So I went to the counter to ask where my apple cinnamon coffee was, and the barista told me that they were still making it and to just wait and that she will serve the drinks (Clearly a lie since they weren't doing anything behind the counter). When my drink was ready, I asked her how about the matcha latte? She then lied again and said the same thing. Because we were in a hurry, they didn't even mix the matcha latte properly. Every sip had chunks of powder and was unpleasant to drink according to my friend.

In conclusion, they totally forgot about our order. I really wouldn't have minded if they just straight up told us that they forgot about our order, apologized, and made it right but they had to make up an excuse. It also wouldn't have been a problem but they didn't make our drinks right because they just wanted to get it over with as fast as possible. Definitely would not be coming back to...

The manager of the store today should learn good customer service. I am a frequent customer of Bo's Coffee Filinvest site and to be fair this is the first time that I have encountered a rude manager. Initially I was really impressed with the cashier who handled my transaction today because of how he build rapport with customers. I made a follow up to the manager of the shop since I already waited for more than 20 minutes but when asked about my order, he pointed the food that was sitting in the counter for more than 10 - 15 minutes. I told the manager that I ordered a take out afterwards, he shouted to his staff that "take out na daw" with a very sarcastic tone. I was really surprised with how he handled a customer. Instead of apologizing for the mistakes that his staff made, he even had the audacity to make an annoyed expression. Not even one staff bothered to call me after they delivered the food in the counter. I didn't know that I have to guess when my order is ready. I will never go back again to...

Sitting in this empty coffee shop, it’s not difficult to understand why. They don’t have the AC on so it’s a bit uncomfortable in here, no fans. They don’t have coffee that’s on the menu and can’t do coffee drinks (French press or pour over) that are on the menu. The one person working up front is nice but doesn’t make the coffee ordered until after ten minutes when I ask if i can get the coffee first. Receive breakfast after a good while. I ask for the bacon to be made crispy. After 7-8 minutes longer I have to ask where the bacon is, there’s no other guests! They return it cooked right but tastes a bit of dried fish, my god! Evidently there are 4 employees here, maybe more. Do any know how to screw in a lightbulb?
