This is located at the mall food court. A lot of people have raved about this brand. Do not go to the food court as you will be very disappointed. I can’t speak for the full restaurant location but this location disappointed me. I thought that the same brand selling lechon at the food court would be of the same quality that everyone raves about, but I was very wrong. I ordered lechon at around 2:30pm. There was barely any left. The lechon was cold. The skin was not crispy at all! The skin was chewy and tough. The meat was also very dry. Coming to this place after it’s reputarion and Cebu’s reputation for lechon was very disappointing. This was the worst lechon I have had... no joke. Disappointing. Not worth the price paid!
Workers barely acknowledged us and barely spoke. They looked like they did not want to sell us lechon! I should have taken a clue from them and left!
Do not go to...

It's more flavorful and doesn't require any sauce but it does have optional gravy sauce If you want to lighten the saltiness. There is definitely more fat served per serving than house of lechon but the overall flavor is unique to them.
You can go wrong with either one but I like this place a little bit better. I went to the ayala mall location which means it's faster to get served than a tradition sit down restaurant. I believe it's much cheaper too.
One thing I found annoying was the rice was wrapped in banana leaf so it was kinda dried out but other than that I would try the dipping sauce with red...

The ones you get from satellite branches like this one are of substandard quality. What we got was a sad plate of cold, day-old lechon. The skin is no longer crispy and the meat is already dry. Even their rice is awful. We went canyoneering at Oslob and we ate better rice there from one of the local bbq stands. Rice should crumble to individual grains and shouldnt stick together like the one I ate here. See picture posted for the depressing CNT Lechon...
