J.Co Donuts & Coffee Reserve — Restaurant in Cebu City

Hands the best donuts on planet earth. Seriously, my first time here. Can’t you believe that 2018 still sees people having their first JCos?!

For one, the donut is tender and starchy. They do really serve freshly baked donuts.

The toppings are generously prepared. The crew is fast and friendly, very accommodating as well.

The place is spacious able to accommodate a huge a crowd. Even in weekends it can get crowded but still the place can hold up.

Only thing though is their restroom they have a shared one, so if you’re female might wanna consider that.

It is accessible and friendly towards elderly and differently abled persons especially those In wheelchairs.

It is very near the parking area so great for those who have cars.

Forgot about the drinks, they do serve coffee, latte, espresso but wished they have green tea lattes although they have hot and iced ones.

Definitely coming...

The donuts, coffee, etc. are all great. But the staff is not. They allow cutting in line, and ignore customers who are in the middle of being helped if a louder, pushy, customer starts demanding service (3 times this has happened to me, and twice more I witnessed it happening to other customers. So, unfortunately, it's a common occurrence). They don't clean the tables without being asked to, and don't provide a trash bin so you can clean up after yourself. The frozen yogurt is deceiving, as they put the container in a cardboard holder that elevates it to make it look bigger (although it's priced okay for what you get. The deception is just unnecessary.) The food deserves 4 or 5 stars, the prices are not unreasonable for the quality and location, but the staff needs proper management...
