My wife and I decided to try this place because we heard their steak was one of the best. They're even listed as one of the top 5 in Cebu. To be honest, I think this place is overrated. Angus Dan's was a lot better (before their quality declined). Going inside, it's a little confusing since there are 2 doors and 2 different restaurant names even though it's actually just one restaurant. The place looks nice once you're inside. For my review, let's start with the waitresses. Even though they weren't very friendly, they did their jobs and were quite accommodating. I don't really have any complaints about them. We got complimentary bread which wasn't bad. As for the food, we ordered the Wagyu cuts which was well done but still quite succulent. It was a bit on the salty side but we still enjoyed it. 4 out of 5 stars. Next, we had the Caesar salad which was okay. Nothing special about it, really. I expected more especially with all the hype about the place. 2 out of 5 stars. We then had the goulash soup which was good but I personally found it too spicy. The spiciness was overwhelming the flavours in the soup. 3 out of 5 stars. For our main course, we both ordered the 400g USDA Ribeye which was ok. My wife had it with their pepper sauce which tasted better than the mushroom sauce I had with mine. Their mashed potato looked and felt weird though. It kinda looked like a ball of dough. Never seen anything like it even while working as a cook in Europe. I'm inclined to believe it was instant mashed potato. We ate less than half of the mashed potato. I give the steak 4 out of 5 stars. I preferred eating it without any sauce. Prices are okay. Overall, the experience was okay but not really worth coming back again.

We have eaten here two times both times we ate the pork chops with an appetizer of calamari and French fries for the kids. Both times the appetizers where on the cool side. The pork chops are good. Great atmosphere in the restaurant with lots of wood paneling and comfortable chairs. The biggest problem this restaurant has is the wait staff, they are friendly but lack a basic knowledge of customer service. Just seem to be disorganized and have never been trained to the level that this restaurant portrays itself as being a fancy restaurant. I can see from previous comments that this is an ongoing problem. They need to hire a professional waiter to train this staff and show them how to be attentive to their customers. I came back Dec 2023 to try again to see if service had gotten better. We stopped by on a Monday around 5pm to an empty main dinning room, two tables occupied. We are asked do we have reservations. They could seat us in other room where a birthday party was reserved and very noisy. I said I would rather eat in the main dinning room because it was quiet. They said no we could only eat in the birthday party room. This is what I am talking about with the staff not caring about the customers. We won't go there again.

I love it here, I'm always so full after. They have huge portions so even though it can be a bit pricey, it's totally worth it, you get a lot for what you pay for. Their steak is good but what really caught my attention was their Pork Chop. It's so good. Perfect texture, so soft but firm enough, not fatty, not oily, really juicy, and they don't overdo the flavoring. I get it everytime with a glass of red. This is a great date spot; has a vintage dive bar feel to it, warm intimate lighting, and not so loud. Do call them and make a reservation especially on weekends since they can get busy.

Upon entering the establishment, one couldn't help but be captivated by the exquisite ambiance and impeccable decor that adorned the place. The visual allure created high expectations for a memorable dining experience that would be a perfect match for the sophisticated setting. Sadly, these expectations were met with disappointment as the culinary journey commenced.

Regrettably, the food served didn't measure up to the grandeur of the environment. Opting for their signature dish, the pork chop, turned out to be a letdown. Despite its reputation as a best seller, the pork chop lacked the remarkable and distinctive flavors that one would anticipate from such a highly regarded item. The absence of that wow factor left a void in what should have been a remarkable culinary encounter.

The disconnect between the splendid aesthetics and the lackluster taste was a reminder that appearances can be deceiving. While the place had managed to master the art of visual appeal, the same level of mastery had not extended to the culinary aspect. This dissonance highlights the importance of a harmonious balance between an inviting ambiance and delectable flavors.

In retrospect, the experience underscores the significance of ensuring that all aspects of a dining establishment are in sync. It's not enough for a place to simply look great; it should be able to deliver a cohesive experience that leaves a lasting impression. Hopefully, the restaurant can strive towards refining its menu to match the elegance it exudes visually, providing patrons with a truly unforgettable dining affair that resonates with both their eyes...

Walked in at 525 pm I was only one there. Got greeted an sat down menus etc. About 3 min later another table came in sat right next to me. Another 2 min another table with 3 ppl sat on the other side of me. I was ready to order rang the little bell an about 90 sec went by . The server came to the table next to took there order, fee min later the other table an took there order. No one ask my anything. So 15 min has gone by. Other tables are being sat an there orders taken. 20 min goes by I finally get bread an water as the other tables and still no one to take my order. ( and no I am not one to ask to have my order taken that is there job plus as earlier I rang the bell for this to be done) . So now I'm just waiting 25 min an 30 min finally I get up asked what I owe for my prison food. At first I actually thought they were going to charge me for that. So when u don't get ANY service it makes all the other categories bad. The ambiance was nice. But really how hard is it for 1 person to get a meal when I was first one there. All they did was look on a computer to see why I didn't get service. Sorry but a computer doesn't tell u that . It is called PEOPLE DOING THERE JOBS . An everyone who went to other tables the bartender who looked at me a few times all failed...
