A Starbucks Experience at BPI Corporate Center - Comfort in Consistency
Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5)
The Starbucks at the BPI Corporate Center has cemented itself as a go-to stop for my wife and me, especially while awaiting our flights. As international coffee-lovers, Starbucks is our place of choice, providing us a comforting consistency in taste and ambiance, no matter where we are in the world, and this branch was no exception.
Nestled in the heart of the business hub, this Starbucks branch exudes the familiar charm we associate with the brand - comfortable seating, warm lighting, and a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The staff is friendly, creating a welcoming environment that helps make any wait more enjoyable.
As for the coffee and treats, they were just as we expected - excellently prepared. We were delighted to find our favorite beverages tasting exactly as they do at every other Starbucks we've visited, providing us with a sense of home away from home. This, coupled with their tantalizing selection of pastries, kept our hunger at bay as we awaited our flight.
However, there was one aspect that we wish could be improved. This Starbucks branch closes at 1 am, which can be a bit inconvenient for late-night travelers like us. Having it open for a little longer would certainly make a significant difference, especially for those late-night or early morning flights.
Nevertheless, our overall experience at the Starbucks BPI Corporate Center was a positive one. It remains a trusty and cozy spot for us to unwind, savor good coffee, and enjoy each other's company before embarking on our journey. Despite its operating hours, we highly recommend this location to any Starbucks aficionados and travelers in need of a...
Read moreNOT STUDENT FRIENDLY. Got kicked out from this branch by the coffee master because me and my 2 other friends left to have lunch across the street. We let our other friend watch over our things but the coffee master told our friend that he had to make way for new customers. We were only there for 2 hours and at that point had already bought 3 coffees and pastries. When we returned our seats they were already taken. This had never happened to me before and I would study there every week at least twice a week. Also, last year when this happened to my batch mates the manager apologized to them saying it was a misunderstanding that they got kicked out and reassured that it would never happen again. Clearly it happened again. It was also so unfair because other people also left for lunch, including our table mates and left their LAPTOP to reserve their seat and they didn't get kicked out. I'm not one to leave reviews, even when I have bad experiences but this one really bothered me. Never...
Read moreDear Starbucks Management,
I wanted to share my observations regarding the customer service experience at your [store location] branch. I've noticed that some baristas, specifically Theza/Thesa, seem to exhibit varying levels of warmth and engagement depending on the customer's background.
While they display exceptional courtesy and smiles towards foreign customers, I've observed a lack of welcoming demeanor and greetings towards local customers. As a frequent patron, I understand the importance of providing consistent, high-quality service to all customers, regardless of their nationality.
I kindly suggest that the store consider evaluating and refining its customer service training to ensure that all partners embody the company's values and provide a warm, inclusive experience for every customer.
Thank you for your attention to...
