Reasons: - they have a condiment section that includes pipino and onions (which you don't have in others) together with usual kalamansi, chili, vinegar, and soy sauce - they gave free soup and atchara (which you don't get in others as well) - they automatically included plastic gloves when receiving your order (which you still have to ask the staff in other places) Escarda's now has my nod for Top 1. Plus, they are the nearest to my home now. 🍖🍲
